About
Myerlee Golf & Country Club began as the dream of a retired New York police officer who moved to Florida in the 1960s just so he could play more golf. His dream eventually became a peaceful retirement community with a beautiful 18-hole course as its centerpiece. The Arthur Hills-designed layout is one of the toughest par-60 golf courses in southwest Florida. There are two streams that cut across the course and intersect on the front nine. They snake along every hole, making water the predominant hazard but there are also several strategically placed bunkers to watch out for. The golf course is mostly open with a few cypress trees dotted along the fairways and greens. Myerlee Golf & C.C. is a course that will test your skills but it isn't overly punishing, which gives it appeal for beginners as well.

Slow pace of play
Everthing was fine except pace of play was very slow. Four hours plus is too long for an executive course.
nice course
Easy par 60 course. They have repaired greens and cleaned up shrubbery. It makes for a nice easy play. Backed up to start but once we did the play went well.
Thank goodness for a nice day
Played here before, 3.5 hours to play 18 holes . Could have been quicker on the front 9 pace of play but it was a busy day on the course!

Don't book a round there unless your ready to wait
Course is good for sharpening short game
Stay away from Wednesday’s . Ladies day, I love the ladies be some come out to socialize on the course . It’s makes for a long day on a short course
course badly managed 2 young men
jumped in front of us on back 9 very rude
& cocky we told then they were not allowed to do
that & their answer was we don't care were doing it anyway.
I am not sure but one was an employee tall dark hair young man but I not certain who I saw assembling the carts was effectively him
Pace of play was good but it can get behind and staff on the coarse is not there to help the pace

nice course for average golfer
Much improved over last year. Greens and fairways were very playable. Pace of play was very slow, waiting on every tee was the norm.

In good shape
Myerlee has made a comeback in the condition of the golf course. No more bare spots on the greens and most everything else is also improved. My only issue was the bunker under repair on the first hole and the general hard surface of the sand. Very enjoyable short course to practice your irons. Pace was good except for the two long par 3s over water where many golf balls are lost.
