About
Myerlee Golf & Country Club began as the dream of a retired New York police officer who moved to Florida in the 1960s just so he could play more golf. His dream eventually became a peaceful retirement community with a beautiful 18-hole course as its centerpiece. The Arthur Hills-designed layout is one of the toughest par-60 golf courses in southwest Florida. There are two streams that cut across the course and intersect on the front nine. They snake along every hole, making water the predominant hazard but there are also several strategically placed bunkers to watch out for. The golf course is mostly open with a few cypress trees dotted along the fairways and greens. Myerlee Golf & C.C. is a course that will test your skills but it isn't overly punishing, which gives it appeal for beginners as well.

Fun course; difficult with plenty of water and traps. Did not find any rakes to use after trap shots.

Speed Golf
Great little par 60. Two hours and we were done. Greens were good and course was challenging enough to keep your attention. Nice staff.

“C” minus
I arrived thinking I booked a “big course” (par 72) but came to find it was only a par 60 “small course” so we made the best of it...lots of iron play!
Fairways were pretty absent of grass in many places while the tee boxes were mostly sand. The greens were the saving grace of the course, they were soft and in great shap. You will find water through out the course and I think they were bunkers (kind of wet dirt).
Choose wisely!

course was in decent shape with quick small greens. Not real easy to get into trouble on fairways, but look out for water on certain holes.
Fun course to play
Fun course to play. Not long, but has challenges. You hit the ball straight you can score. Nothing spectacular, just a fun little course to work your hybrids and irons.
Pretty good value
Decent layout for a shorter course. Greens were in good condition albeit a bit slow. I was paired up with a few others and everyone was very nice. Staff in the pro shop and the starter were great.

My wife and myself are new golfers and actually fell in love with this course. and the people that worked there. We have already recommended it to our friends who have already booked tee times. The nicest course we have played in our area. Maybe we should keep it a secret so we will always be able to get tee times.

Favorite Course
This is by far my favorite course, from the tiki bar staff, pro shop, and course layout. In the summer heat it is perfect timing get through the front nine and stopping at the tiki bar for refreshing drink and wonderful staff. Thanks for another great day of 18 holes of golf.
