Tricky greens
We booked through golfnow. We had a bit of a rocky start where a rude member drove his golf cart to the tee in front of us just as I was about to hit my drive. I can honestly say I have never experienced that before. He told us we would have to wait for four groups as there were four more groups on the way as there Was a members Ryder in process. After watching three more carts arrive and drive by us we decided to go to the north course where we breezed right through the 18 holes. Thankfully we did not catch up with the Ryder cup competition again.
Another member did have the courtesy to come back and nicely explain what was happening.
It is a challenging course from the blue tees and there are very few flat putts. greens are quicker than they look. I was pleasantly surprised of the shape of the course. Overall, other than the start, it was a pleasant experience for an executive course. We had no one in front of us for 18 holes.i guess we should thank the aggressive member for cutting us off. : )
The clubhouse and bar was impressive and looked like a great atmosphere.
The course was basically empty after 3 o’clock. Not sure why they do not offer twilight rates.
Short but challenging
This isn't a very long course with a lot of par threes but the greens were in decent shape and the layout looks pretty good there's 3 -9 and I would like to play the other that I didn't I will be back again
Leave your driver home
Executive course, surrounded by 100's of "double wide" looking houses. Sorry but the current reviews didn't warn me. I brought a guest and was feeling quite embarrassed thru the course of the round. So many better options to choose from.
Think twice...not for me!
Executive course no par 5's surronded by 100's of "double wide" looking houses.
Challenging executive
Just enough water, traps and turtle back greens to make this challenging and fun for and average golfer. Wish there was at least one par 5. If you n a play the north corse it is beautiful and fun
Very nice course.
Excellent starter/marshall.
VERY friendly!
Pace of play!
Everything I expierienced at the course was above average except the pace of play. My original playing partners teed off early without any notification. I was then paired with another twosome but they were only playing 9 holes. I played my back nine as a single taking almost two hours. My other disappointment was the practice range. As a "guest" I was instructed to only use the guest portion of the range which was very small and completely covered with sand filled divots. At a cost of $4.00 for only 30 balls and virtually no grass to hit from I found this much less than worth it.
I will most likely not play there again and definitely avoid recommending this course to anyone in the future.
Great Executive Course
We played the North course - which our partners said they thought was the most difficult. It was a tough course. Par 4's and 3's long enough for a driver (for me; not the guys); lots of sand that I found too often, and water (which the guys found often); very tricky greens. A nice challenge.
The condition of the course was really good considering the lack of rain in the area. Some greens showed it; but most did not. Fairways were in very good condition.
Because the other two 9's were tied up; our pace was slow. Double that with a short course and you get slow play. But the couple we were paired with, that live on the course, were very friendly and the round was enjoyable.
Lot's of wildlife on the course, the course loops through the housing complex; a very pretty place to play.
Nice Course
My wife and I played Del Tura last Friday. When we
play a regular course my wife never plays the par 5's.
So, this course was perfect for her, and I got to work on my short game, which needs a lot of help. You
will enjoy playing this course. The course was in very good shape.

Good solid executive course
Semi-private 27 hole executive length course in a large modular home development. Very busy, lots going on good practice areas (driving range into a lake). Decent pace of play for a full golf course, first nine 2hrs, 2nd a little longer. Greens in good shape, par 4's (from the bakc tees) 350yd range, only one par 3 under 150. Good condition. Good bar and restaurant, modest prices.
Perfect for beginners
Course with many Par 3. For me to boring. But good for beginners.
An excellent 27 hole part 3/4 course
We would play again and would recommend it to friends.
Del Tura
Did not know it was an executive course. Fairly short and did not get a chance to play driver and long irons too much. We were delayed in starting because of fog earlier in the day and lack of golf carts when we arrived.
Be Sure To Play Del Tura
This is the best executive course in the area and is a pleasure to play. The course is always in excellent condition. The staff is very friendly.
Great Pace
We started at 8:30 and we were done by 11:30. The course was in "great" shape considering all the rain we got, and although there were a few wet spots to avoid, it was actually quite nice. Some good challenging par 3's and overall a good experience. It was windy when we played, but it made it even more challenging for club selection, and therefore a little more of a test for us.
Great golf day
Enjoyed playing West-North combination. Course was in great shape considering the amount of rain we've had in SW Florida.
Played North and West
Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I played with a member and he was very nice. I enjoyed playing the course, and the people I played with made me feel welcome.
Fun Times
Staff was super friendly and helpful
The couple we golfed with lived on the course and gave us helpful tips on playing the course.
Very enjoyable round.
