Arrowhead Golf Course

For first golf round of the year it’s a good warmup course. What you see is what you get. Pretty flat course and smaller greens that were on the slow side. They do space out foursomes well so you don’t feel rushed.

Played a few days ago. Fees and fairways were dry but fair and in good shape. Ball rolls out nicely. Roughs are cut short (like most SWFL courses). Greens were in good condition but were slow. Probably need to be cut and rolled but there has not been much rain in the last several weeks. Inside staff were great. I still think SWFL courses should provide range balls without charge but I am dreaming. All in all a good experience. We had a foursome and played in just under 4 hours. 3 of us were under 13 handicaps and the 4th was probably a 20 or so. Pace was fine as we rarely had to wait on the tee.

Course is in very good condition. Fun to play although somewhat slow (to be expected). Inside staff fantastic. Young men outside didn’t help with clubs or getting-returning a cart , but that didn’t prevent us from having a great time enjoying Arrowhead.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Fairways were in very good shape excluding maybe two holes. Greens were above average and quick. Played later in the day and had zero issues with pace. A little pricey, but such is Naples. Will definitely play again.

They are trying to rack in the $$$$$ cash - totally overloading the course - get ready for 5hr++ round!! Lose your love of the game and wonder why you just wasted $175 !!!

We had a 1pm tee time and bought a bucket of balls at 12:30…then the starter came over and found us at the range… he insisted that we start early… We didn’t even get to finish our bucket of balls… but when we went to the Teebox we waited 10 minutes to hit … The entire round took far longer than it should have 5 hrs!… It was clear to us after the third hole that the starter was just dumping people onto the course without proper pacing… Overall, it was not a fun round and tons of waiting… Even on the back 9!!… We were backed up all day …a few times we had 2 groups on the Teebox waiting to hit in front of us ….

The Ranger came around a couple of times, and when we complained, he just shrugged his shoulders and told us “well we are in season you know“… I don’t think this is an acceptable answer as we paid almost $200 per person and it is clear to us that they are just stuffing the course Improperly.

Stay away from this place until May!

The course was in pristine shape-greens rolled nice. Never had to roll your ball in the fairway, it sat up perfectly. Played in 4 hours and 10 minutes which was excellent for a full course. Pro shop staff very friendly, cart girl , Wendy, was exceptional Ply there often, never disappointed
