About
The Views Golf Club at Oro Valley in Tucson is so named for its stunning vistas provided by the nearby Catalina Mountains. The desert-inspired layout features a rolling terrain that blends in seamlessly with the natural surroundings. Trees dot the golf course and there is also an abundance of native cacti throughout. Designed by Greg Nash, the layout features large, rolling greens that are subtly elevated. The front nine meanders through dry washes and arroyos while the back nine snakes upwards to higher grounds. The back nine is more challenging than the front with more elevated tee shots and sharp doglegs. There is a small lake that comes into play and several strategically placed bunkers throughout. The Views Golf Club at Oro Valley also features a driving range and short-game practice area.

Interesting track, greens run true, fairways just aerated
Wouldn't pay top dollar until fairways in better condition. Some challenging and interesting holes. Greens roll well and hold approaches.

Beautiful views, Slow greens
The views are quite beautiful. It would be a wonderful course except the greens were incredibly slow. The greens were what you would expect from a course that charges $25 instead of $79.

Cost of play too high for course conitions
All my friends told me I had to play The Views. I was so pumped to be able to play and it ended up being a shot gun start. I played with three nice gentlemen and started on hole 10. I was very disappointed in the course conditions of the fairways and greens on the back 9. Making the turn, the conditions improved but still not worth the cost of the 18 holes. I probably will never play it again. Even my cart partner agreed and said he would not bring his son in law to play.

The course was in great shape. Not too long but the greens were well bunkered. Greens rolled true. The views were fantastic .

Ok but not my favorite
This course was challenging and very difficult to figure out the greens. Lots of rolling hills and difficult lies. The views of the mountains made it worth the trip across town though. I had played it one other time and had forgotten. Probably won’t go again.

hidden gem in oro valley,az
this is a fun and very nice laid out golf course,has very good greens(it has been overseeded) pretty well maintained bunkers lots of bunkers that can be in play it the golf shot is off line..nice par 3 holes,was kinda slow but we played in under 4 1/2 hours which is not bad for a saturday in the arizona fall time of year played the white tees which is more than enough but the blue tees would make it a true challenge for some players..first time to play this course and will come back to play it again

Good Times at The Views
From arrival to the time I left The Views my interactions with the entire staff were great.
What hidden gem up in Oro Valley. The Views lives up to its name as a majority of the holes give just that.
Course conditions were good on this course that used to be private and has a lot of members. So if they have tee times available for outside play I suggest you jump at the opportunity.

Great course, greater views!
Course is in really good shape. Rough cut to a couple of inches, stiff but quite playable. Greens were just aerated but I could see they'd recover nicely. Bunkers well maintained. Play this course in the afternoon for a well-paced, peaceful, beautiful round of golf.

Beautiful course and montain views
First time playing and we were very impressed. The course was in impecible condition. There are a large variety of tee boxes which are clearly marked and easy to find. The course is mildly challenging and the scenery is spectacular. Very enjoyable day. We will return to play this course again.

Great course great value
A very enjoyable round, we were a twosome paired with another two some. There was one twosome behind us that we let play through after that it was smooth sailing. Condition was wonderful, the greens speed changed as the day go warmer. Pace of play was amazing. Layout was forgiving most of the time, very few washes to carry. Only one water hole, so that was nice. Driving range was pretty open on a Saturday morning. Saw the beverage cart once. Would recommend this course to anyone wanting a quick round that isn't an executive course. Wonderful wonderful wonderful!

Restaurant problems
Course was fine, greens fast but the restaurant is not player friendly. Breakfast and lunch until 2PM. Closed 2-3 then dinner menu after 3. Food nothing to brag about.

Can't putt but we played well besides that.
Very fair landing areas and pace of play is outstanding!! Beautiful views. Best value for my money and would suggest anyone try this course.
