The 18-hole Celebration Golf Club in Celebration, FL is a public golf course that opened in 1996. Designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. and Robert Trent Jones, Sr., Celebration Golf Club measures 7038 yards from the longest tees and has a slope rating of 140 and a 74.5 USGA rating. The course features 5 sets of tees for different skill levels. The greens are bermuda grass.

Father and son team of Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and Jr. created a golfing experience that is second to none at Celebration Golf Club. As a result, Celebration is a championship venue with the park-like feel of a modern, Florida course.

They were also successful in creating separate personalities between the nines. On the front, many holes border wide boulevards lined on the other side by pre- 1940 replicate homes from America's southern region and that of Bermuda, the Bahamas and the Caribbean. But with the back, the homes fade into the brush letting Mother Nature take center stage. Designed with shot-making strategy in mind, this championship caliber course demands accurate approach shots and consistent putting.

I was quoted one price and charged another.

You can't trust these people. If you play, get the green fee in writing before you play or they may charge you more upon arrival.

Great Orlando Course

I was in Orlando for a week and golfed every day. Celebration was a treat. Great course for the price, quality, and amenities. My group and I did several other courses, but Celebration is definitely one we all look forward to repeating.

Very playable golf course. Nothing special or memorable but solid track overall and in good condition. Pace of play could be a bit faster. Greens not particularly fast but rolled true. Good for beginners and intermediate players.

Good course in great condition

Well designed - 17 holes feature water, yet it is fair to play. Greens in good condition, adequate water stations on course - would paly again. Only gripe was the limited choice of food and mediocre service in the restaurant after.

Fun layout and great condition

First time playing here. Course was in great shape and the layout was fun. No two holes were the same! Only negative thing I have to say is pace of play. We were a threesome and were stuck behind a slower than normal foursome from the first tee! Never saw staff pushing them or offer for us to play through.

Poor pace of play

We love this course , but pace of play was horrible. At one point we had an 11 player back up on 3 holes in a row. Took 75 minutes to play 3 holes.

A Gem close to the airport

Scheduled a 4some here for our last day in Orlando. Needed to be near the airport for our afternoon flights and this was perfect. After playing 4 rounds elsewhere, I can say this was every bit as good at more expensive courses. The day was in the 80s and the course was in perfect shape.

An RTJ design,. A LOT of water to navigate around, but manageable. Grees were generally fast but not always consistent.from hole to hole.

Well worth playing.

Great Day

The course was in great shape. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pace of play was good. We were a twosome squeezed between several foursomes and still got done in four hours. We enjoyed our round and will look forward to returning.
