Highlands Reserve Golf Club

Nice course for the price. Very forgivable and greens difficult to read but fair. Would play again

3 to 4 years ago they took out a lot of tap areas. This turned the course into an average place to play from a great place to play. They now charge $100 to play in prime season. This is no $100 course.

I recently visited and I must say, my experience was quite disappointing.

Arrival and Check-in:

When we arrived, there was no one at the counter to assist us. After a while, someone finally appeared, but their demeanor was quite unfriendly.

Value for Money:

I had to pay $127 for just one player, and honestly, I don't think it was worth the money. In previous visits, the experience was much better, and I was left feeling that this time did not live up to the standards I had come to expect.

Overall Impression:

This visit was not as pleasant as other experiences I have had at this course. I hope they can improve in the future, as I would love to see it return to its former glory.

Layout and location nice, greens really full with reasonable speed.

Course was in great shape - greens were smooth with only a few minor imperfections. Traps were raked. Fairways and rough were both short, rough was very sparse in some areas.

This was my first time playing the course. Good condition, good overall layout and friendly staff. Pace of play monitored by a device… that was a bit annoying because the group ahead of us were slow play. Ranger fixed that and pace got back to normal.

Had a nice relaxing game today with Larry, Frank (locals) and Davey from Ireland thanks guys process was simple I hired a set of clubs 35 Dollars shot 1 over my handicap the greens are quite undulating so some tricky putts out there

Little bit of everything in this course. But by far its best attribute is the greens. Fast yet receptive and perfect roll. Really enjoyed it. Could be improved by offering more that just dogs and sandwiches post round though.

Played as a single and paired up with 3 other singles Peter, Frank and Larry. 3 fine gentlemen and I enjoyed their company and our round of golf. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the course was in decent shape generally. The greens in particular were in excellent condition.

Glad I chose Highlands For my Sunday morning round

You can spray it off the tee but be ready to be tested on the undulating greens.

Friendly pleasant staff makes you feel welcome.

Florida winds keep you guessing here. Worth the effort to play here.

After reading some reviews, I thought this might be a good place to try with a guest of mine. Very disappointing from both of us. It is more of a $30 course than a $75.

Greens were fantastic!! Fairways were decent, but the

course needs some seeding and time to grow in spot off the fairway. Starter and Staff were so welcoming and friendly! Would play again!
