Old Orange at Verandah

This course is set in a very beautiful country club atmosphere with top notch unlimited practice facilities.
Greens were very true and holes very fair.

My only critic was the layout of the practice range which came into play on two of the hole, making it very difficult to find your ball among all the stray practice balls. Next time I will use a colored ball on those holes!

We quit after 13 holes because it was going to take us between 4 1/2-5 hours to play. Didn’t see a ranger during the whole round!

One of the nicest courses in SWFL. First time playing Old Orange, difficulty lies in hidden water you can't see off the tee. Personally, I like Whispering Oak better, but both great courses and worth playing.

Course was a challenge fairways nice & greens were tough to read but accurate rolls on the ball gave you a very smooth putt very well maintained facility .

HIGH QUALITY GOLF COORSE. required control of the tee with some hidden water on some tee & second shots. Excellent greens. Staff was welcoming. Over all a good experience. Played the Orange course.

Very challenging, you can use about every club in your bag. Needs a map of the holes on score card.

This course shammed me and took my money do not play here

Excellent layout in very good condition. We were a 4 some and played in 3:50 minutes. There was a 4 some ahead of us and we never waited.

Each hole was a postcard classic. Great course and conditions were perfect. I hope to play again often.

Old Orange was challenging. We played in 4 hours. We would definitely play it again.
We had lunch, which was delicious, on the lovely deck at the back of the restaurant.

Enjoy playing different courses. Been playing golf for 35 years. This was one of the best. Look forward to going back and paying the other 18 hole course on the premises.

The course was in good shape and the staff very friendly.

Great conditions, fast greens (10'10" stimp this day) and a fair test. Wide fairways but your second shot and your work around and on the greens is where the real test comes! I love this place!

I had some friends in town and wanted to take them to a nice course that didn't break the bank. This course is wonderful. The maintenance crew has this track impeccably maintained. The greens are lush, fast and true. The staff was great, everyone we met was very friendly and helpful.

We teed off at 9:45 a.m. from the first tee on Whispering Oaks and wanted more after 18. The clubhouse worker got us a tee time on Old Orange and we were off and running for 18 more! Both courses are in great shape. The greens are awesome and both courses have many memorable holes. W.O. has more sand to deal with but O.O. has its share of obstacles as well. This is an excellent 36 hole experience for all levels of golfers.
