If you can’t have fun playing RiverHall
..then it’s time to put the clubs away. Wide open and forgiving course. Water in play on just a few holes. Bunkers (full of white sand) are strategically located to challenge many approach shots. Tees, fairways and greens all in excellent condition. Driving range (included in fee), chipping area and practice greens professional grade. Several ice/water/bathrooms on course. Even had frozen towels available on one hole for the hot day. Staff super friendly - I was last tee time of day but no rush and played solo. Pro shop stocked and restaurant available.
Overrated
Course looks depressed. Fairways are showing their age and are tight. Traps are inconsistent. Locker rooms are terrible. I would not recommend for the price. They have a lot of work to do to bring this course to an acceptable level. Bar staff amend food staff very good. Pro shop not very friendly and extremely disorganized. No guidance from management. Restaurant food average. If you like old and rural this is your course.

A great little course if you get the opportunity
Friendly and accommodating staff, nice little pro shop. Nice bar and lunch area. Wide fairways and large greens make this an enjoyable course for any handicapper. Very well-maintained and a must play if you were in the area. A semi private golf course. GPS in the cards and plenty of water on the course. This is a fun little track.

Way overpriced
I got this tee time as a single for 85 bucks as opposed to the normal 150 or so and I was glad that I did not pay more,. The course was just ok, fairways were brownish and hard, the greens were in great shape and fast but hard, traps had very nice sand. Does not compare to Riverwood at the same price. The starter and cart people are great as well
