Lomas Santa Fe Executive Golf Course

The greens were someimtes cluttered with leaves, but overall still a great course.

The pace of play was horrible and no one was managing it. They let a fivesome out in front of us and they took forever. and it was 30 bucks to play in the afternoon on a Friday for a Par 56. too expensive for something not that great that takes forever to play. Not playing here again.

well maintained and a good value. hit wedge on 9 of the holes as the tee markers were way up on almost every hole. bunkers are just dirt, but for $12 I can't complain too much. great weather when it is 100 degrees inland.

I took my fiance to play Lomas Santa Fe because it is a nice short, friendly course to enjoy. The pace of play was very quick and comfortable. Many holes are quite forgiving, and provide great practice for your short game.

I've been playing Lomas Executive for over 20 years and I can't remember the green and course being in such great shape. The greens were quick, which provided an extra element of challenge. During the weekday you can cruise through in under 3 hours. Its a perfect course for sharpening your short game.

Excellent golf course for seniors who want to walk as most holes are short and do not need long drives. Location is easy to reach.
Area is affluent so one can meet good society people.
Prices are affordable for frequent play. Family atmosphere .
Good to teach golf to children at the course, as holes are small

Great course for couples, easy to walk.wife is 36 handicap and I'm a 6 and it was fun for both of us.

The course is in great shape. Bunkers are nice and fluffy. Greens were smooth and fast.

Loma Santa fe Exec. course is a fun little course that is very well maintained. I always have a great time here, and my round yesterday was no exception. This is a fun place to work on your short game.

I really enjoyed playing this course again. There are a select few longer holes that require your driver, however, for the most part, they are predominantly par 3 holes, which is great for beginners and those who are working on shorter game skill sets.

The facilities themselves were very clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly - regardless of where we were. The greens are kept up nicely and the pace of the game was maintained well. I would definitely return to this course again in the future.

The course is short, yet pristine...but it really always has been. Hadn't played it in several years. Very impressed with the quality of the greens, and the whole course actually.

I believe this is one of the better executive courses in SD County. I would not say it is pristine; however,it is generally well maintained. The layout is OK. It would be even better if it had 2 more Par 4 holes; however, with the settup of one Par 4 in the front nine and one in the back nine, it is balanced. The only set back for some is the lack of a driving range for warming up before your round. I believe the degree of difficulty is overall fair. There are no 210 Yard Par 3's over water that the average golfer can't reach without a dunk and penalty. However, be carefull of the last hole. The water on the left often swallows balls.

Got a great deal on Golfnow.com with cart for 4 players. The staff was nice but the person at the register almost charged me for the carts when it was already included, but the manager caught the mistake so no harm no foul. It was a perfect day for golf and the greens were in good shape. Overall a great round on a fun and well maintained course for a great price. I'll definitely play this executive course again.

Good Clean Grounds well maintained. Plenty of hazards which makes every hole fun. Staff has never really been friendly, Older guys that run the front desk that always make you feel like you are inconviencing them to do their jobs. Once you get past the first hole and out of sight its great its just that first hole that you feel they are looking over your shoulder.

This whole thing is so ridiculous. I ordered on line though golf-now and paid using credit card and has the confirmation number on my iPhone. When I got to the course and show the guy at the proshop. He told me that he doesn't have my reservation on his system so I have to pay to play. So I paid for both me and my friend. I called Golf-now the next day and told them about the situation. Golf-now told me that she called the course and they said that I didn't pay. I double paid my play and now they kick back a fourth and blame each other. It is not my fault that the reservation is not in their system. Golf-now or Lomas Santa Fe Excecutive course need to give me back the credit. I will never book through Golf-Now and go to Lomas Santa Fe Excecutive course again if they don't correct the problems.

I had a great time with two friends, no distractions at all and everything went without a hitch!

I like playing the course, and would recommend it to people that play executive courses.
