Avalon Golf Links - West/South Course

My wife likes this course, so we play it two or three times a year. Good value with the hot deals.

My only critique is that the sand in the bunkers was too compacted, and unfortunately I found myself in several of them this day. I consider myself a very good bunker player but I struggled with the near handpan conditions. Everything else was in great condition, especially the greens, which were fast and putted true!

A great Northwest course. Beautiful surroundings and friendly staff. The four or five times I've now played the course (27 holes) is always in top-notch shape. Nice practice facilities and a cool course design make this place a remarkable value.

I played 27 Avalon holes with friends and I’ll definitely come back to play again!

Played the North & West. The North’s greens had been punched recently so there was no true roll not that it matters with my putting. The fairways on both are in fantastic shape! The Wests greens were better my putting not so much.

Best greens in the area for public course. Here and legion are the only courses worth playing in the winter!

Nice way to spend the day before New Years, good friends and great weather for the PNW for this time of year.
