Fun and challenging course

We had a foursome 3 seniors and 45 year old . For a couple of us it was the first on this course in quite sometime. Conditions were excellent. Our pace of play wasn’t what you’d call fast, needless to say that the threesome ahead of us played faster. However the foursome that was behind us was never waiting to take their shots our pace was better than there’s. However the course marshal even though polite encouraged us to pick up the pace twice.. I know he’s got a job to do but it was annoying and took some of the pleasure off our game, especially since we weren’t slowing up those behind us..Short of that great course to play, just know that there’s a clock you’re on.

First I would like to say that I really like a lot of things about this course. It has a great layout, and very good greens. Its one failing is poor course drainage. When we get a rain of any significance, the fairways will stay wet for days making the course cart path only. So in addition to a lot of walking, many times you hitting off muddy ground.

If they could remedy this, it would be a fantastic golf course.
