Clearview Park Golf Course

The leaves were all over the course, par for the fall, however, some greens were completely covered.

Cold start, muddy conditions, downed tree limbs and overgrowth require removal.

Heavily treed areas perpetual in shade need selective pruning to allow fir more sunlight thus reducing overly moist teeing ground conditions. This is most evident on holes running parallel to the highway and on the opposite side along the residential street.

Need to work all over the golf courses. Greens and fairways were so horrible. It did not look as right now before pandemic.

Nice layout for a city course. Greens were playable , even with the aeration. Most tees were playable most with manicured grass. Some just dirt. Fairway not evenly

cut. A decent course, would recommend it over Douglsston.

Clearview should be ashamed of themselves. They charge high fees, charge an extra 3.00 to park in the lot, and do 0 maintenance on the course. The tee boxes are all just patches of dirt. The fairways are not cut and have weeds and dirt patches everywhere. The greens are in horrible shape. There are leaves all over the course. They do 0 work on the course and it shows.

Pace is slow but that’s normal for all City courses. The conditions are just a joke. Staff is friendly and fine.

I found some fairways and greens in need of attention, downed trees , dirt mounds on fairways, and greens with dirt patches. The layout is tricky but the tees are labeled, so the adjacent tee boxes can be figured out, and both 9 &18 returns to the club house.

The pace of play was decent, maybe the 6hr plus rounds, are all in the past. The foursomes were all moving, and our round was 4hr plus.

The view was great as the name suggest, and could be seen from several holes.

A course condition is getting worse and worse. Greens, tee boxes and even fairways are not maintained well.

So slow. There were three groups at each holes. Greens were so poor condition. I believed they only care about incoming lots of people rather than maintaining courses.

Wasting money and time to play at this local golf course.

The course was in poor condition around the greens. It also had slow pace due to allowing 5 minute tee time spacing between golfers.

Great layout but very busy. Course condition reflects its overuse
