Clearview Park Golf Course

The course is not perfect, but for the price (cart included) it's the best course around the area. I'm a beginner, so I will keep practicing at this course untill I can break 100.

Really poor conditions! I played the course a few times last year and it was in ok conditions but today it was a disaster. The greens are in horrible shape and some are the fairways. Something happened to the course not sure what but I will not play this course again this year!

Because they prepared chip promotion of playing fee, so crowd and I got to wait every single hole. Fairway needs mowing all around every single hole. Green has dirt ground and empty grass. Well, I guess it would be end of this year as being normal. Just need practicing golf with low cost, come to this golf course at this time. I mean just practice. Good luck !!

Cousre in good shape except for the greens. Greens have crabgrass and barren spots.

I’ve played Clearview many times, but, this is my first time this year. Tee to green the course is in terrible shape. I’ve played many of the other courses in the 5 boros this year and Clearview is in the worst condition by far.

The worst condition ever! Every green is destroyed, weeds growing on every single one! Fairways are more like rough. Bunkers got no sand and growing weeds. Tree branches and leaves everywhere! The management is selling tee times and doing nothing to maintain the course. Didn’t see anyone working on the course during the 5-hour round, except for a ranger sitting on his cart parked under a tree chatting in his phone. Pace of play is also RIDICULOUSLY slow because people are looking for their balls in the branches and leaves, in the fairways!! It’s a nightmare! Just don’t play here.

This place should be condemned. Absolutely disgusting conditions...no grass on the unkept greens, no fairways. The tee boxes are disgusting

This course was in the worst shape I’ve ever seen a golf course. The tee boxes and greens were weeds and crab grass. The greens were so poor that they were a combination of dirt, burnt grass and weeds. There are no fairways, it’s just all overgrown grass and weeds. Stay away from this course.

I used to like playing at Clearview. The condition was great. I haven't been there for many years because they are always busy. Not sure why, the putting greens were bad, attached a photo of putting green. Hopefully, management will fix the condition of the course so everyone would enjoy playing there again. Staffs are always nice to customers. Be safe.

The worst green I’ve ever played this year, not well maintained

The course conditions is beyond playable. Its a compete rip off. Weeds on every green along with 80% fungus . Can't tell the difference between fairway and rough. Its not worth any fee and Golf Now should pit a disclaimer in bold red
