Disappointed

I have played here many times and I like the course in general, but the condition the course is, it’s just sad. Awful fairways (the looked like rough) tee boxes and the greens were just terrible. I have never played a golf course in such poor conditions.

Not worth it

I am guessing because of COVID-19 they were not able to take care of the course ... the fairway was very patchy and the greens were terrible ... it was almost like putting on smooth dirt .

They need to close for a week and let the course grow in completely and then roll the greens

Geeens Suck

The greens were full of crab grass and burnt out. Fairways were dry and conditions were not good. I would not recommend this course in the shape it’s in.

Horrible Conditions

Got a great deal to play 18 with a cart but this course is in ROUGH shape. The greens are more like browns, the fairways are hard, and the rough is thick. Don’t know that I would return even for $30 with a cart.

Do you have 5 hours to waste

If this was the only course to play I would give up golf. This is the slowest course I've ever played. Inconsiderate golfers at every turn.

Clearview Park

Pace of play 4hrs not bad for having the most played rounds in NYC. Course in excellent shape . Greens firm. Only compliant would be to clear the leaves from fairway.

Stay away

What decent golf course books a golf outing at 9.00 am on a Saturday morning? Golf courses who don’t care about their customers book early weekend golf outings. Especially to groups of poor players who don’t know golf etiquette and just want to get drunk. The course is not maintained at all. The fairways are like cow pastures The greens are very slow and extremely wobbly. I will never return.

This course in in horrible condition. The worse I have seen in a while. I like the layout but the conditions need a 180 before I return. No grass on fairways and greens in very poor condition. Not worth the money they are charging.
