This course has a good mixture of easy to moderately difficult holes. A few blind doglegs that need to be better marked on the tee box for those who have never played the course. Drainage continues to be their worst enemy. Greens are usually in good shape and can hold a high incoming shot, but the 17th green needs to be either leveled or reconstructed. If you want a nice, relaxing but quick 18 holes, come midweek and take advantage of GolfNow's awesome deals at this very user friendly track.

Par 70. Lot's of elevation changes and spectacular fall views. The course does need some additional upkeep. Some sand traps very eroded. Tee boxes a uneven. Putting surfaces on most holes is small so hitting the greens in regulation takes practice. Relatively open layout. A few really challenging holes.

Never busy so pace of play is excellent.

When there is grass growing in the sand traps that is not a good sign. It’s a shame since I like this track. I play here 1-2 times a year. It was an excellent dollar value on Golf Now but if you pay over $30 ever you paid too much until the out some money into the course.

The course was saturated from the storm we had over the weekend. It started raining around the 7th tee. I didn’t get to finish my round. So I left after the front nine.

Played on a fall day and expected to loose some balls in the leaves..Did not dissapoint. Playing a course like this can be a challenge in summer, add leaves and balls are missing in the middle of the fairway. The course did a decent job with grass etc, but bloowing leaves is always a pain.

Course would not be one I would recommend to walk, but on a cart not too bad. Plays decent and pace was good.

Most holes will be either straight up or down a fairly steep grade. Wouldn't want to walk this course. Luckily, I played off season and the course was empty. For the price I paid ($12) with a cart for 18 holes, it just can't be beat in the New York area. If you find yourself roped along on a shopping trip with your girlfriend/wife and want to get in a round, this course is very close to the Woodbury commons outlets. Don't expect great conditions and you won't be disappointed. Very easy going and cool staff. Restaurant on premises.

Whenever I go to this course, I am greeted by a friendly staff. Scott is a nice guy and he recognized me at my second visit. I like this course and friendly staff.

I took a chance on playing Falkirk Estate after seeing a fairly decent rating on Golf Advisor. Even for $27.50, this course was unbearable. While the pace of play was excellent, everything else was a nightmare. Perhaps the pace of play is so good because no one wants to play this glorified pitch and put. The vast majority of tee boxes were rock hard and muddy, it was impossible to discern between the fairway and the rough and the greens had weeds growing on them. It was a nice touch that the golf carts had a touch-screen GPS, however, I think whatever money was spent on this, certainly could have been put to better use to fix up the atrocious conditions.

Had the course to ourselves, beautiful setting on rolling hills. Cart paths a little beat up but otherwise excellent conditions on fairways and greens.

I played at this course for the first time and this course became my favorite.

I forget that falkirk is open to the public because how well is maintained and after my round is over I enjoy the classy bar and grill.

Weather was perfect. My husband, myself and my son hit the links and had a great time. The course was in good condition, Love the GPS in the golf carts and even ordered food from the cart and had it delivered right to us on the course by Scott. He was courteous, professional and friendly. Stopped in the pub on the turn, where we were greeted by Shannon who also took very good care of us. Overall great afternoon.

This course provides a variety of golf shots to score. While not in 5 star condition (in reasonable shape), given the course and GPS carts - with app prices, it's a great value!
