Poor pace of play. 4h 40 m. Layout or jamming people on course or no effective rangering or all. Greens okay. Layout land constrained somewhat but overall poor. Unkempt rough and excessive hardpan make playing ball as is more of challenge for not real bad shots. Pricey for what you get but not too many choices sometimes.

Balls flying in from everywhere
The holes are short (even from the tips). Then u have ridiculous drivable par 4s…. Some greens are a joke, impossible to even 2 putt with certain pin locations… holes are close together so watch out for incoming bad shots. If you a sucky player who can’t hit it more than 200 yards this maybe your course
