About
The Fred Couples Signature course is the centerpiece of the Bridges at Preston Crossing. The golf course sprawls across rolling hills that most don't associate with north Texas. Mature trees dot the lush meadows, sliced with ribbons of tall native grasses. The parkland layout has a fair amount of challenges and it is especially tough on a windy day. There are subtle but tricky contours thanks to the undulating landscape and several strategically placed bunkers lurk throughout. Water is not too much of a threat on this golf course, except for the memorable finishing hole. This beastly par 5 lays measures 645 yards and wraps around a massive water hazard. The Bridges is a local favorite because not only is it a challenging round, it is also an affordable one.

Course is in great shape
I have always enjoyed playing here but it had been a while since we made it out to Gunter. The course was in unbelievably great shape. Greens were pure, fairways were plush. Will be heading back soon

Great Experience
This course is one of my “go to’s” for a nice, stress free round. It’s in great shape, staff is friendly and easy going, holes are challenging, and it’s affordable. Always a win/win here!

Greens in great shape
I played 18 holes this morning in the fog! Never saw where flag was, never saw where ball landed, just had to aim for middle of fairway and where I thought the middle of the green was in fog! I play here a lot , if not, you couldn’t have played in the thick fog. Very interesting round. Greens were in best shape I’ve ever seen them.

Great conditions on North Texas gem!
This course is consistently in great shape with a challenging layout that takes advantage of the terrain.
The combination of fairway design combining bunkers and natural landscape directs the players to mind distance and accuracy while providing an enjoyable experience.

Great Course and worth the drive
The course is in GREAT shape. Staff is very friendly. Greens are rolling very true. They are challenging but fair. I will definitely be back!

Shouldn't take 4 1/2 hours on a Monday. Other than that, I drive an hour from Dallas to play here. Best course for the money
