This course has a really slow pace.
I had a tee time at 12:08. I arrive 15 minutes early and then I see that there are 2 or 3 groups of 4 ahead of me, Which was no problem I was going to chip and putt on the green until they got off the second hole. Staff also told me that was the last group going out, So I’m putting and chipping and the last group is on the green, Then a couple of 2 pull up to the tee and tee off, Now it is 12:08 and they are teeing off before me, so when I see them go to tee off I walk over to my cart and sit down, then one of the gentleman working there tells me I have to play with this random guy, and we have to pair up and play as a 2. I am already not happy because I had a 12:08 tee time for 1 person and I wanted to get a quick game in and practice, now i’m stuck behind 5 groups and I’m paired with a older guy, his pace is really slow and we finally get to the 10th hole, and the hole back 9 of the course is slammed, so we go back and play from the 1st again. It was a really bad experience.
Disappointed
My husband and I understand that when using the Golf Now app that we may be paired with one other golfer or possibly two other golfers with varying levels of golf experience. However, we were paired with a couple in which the husband golfed well, but his wife new nothing about golf and said she had only tried to golf three other times during her lifetime. She also said she never had golf lessons. This made our day of golfing a terrible experience. So, my review above is based on this particular experience. We also golfed each day Monday -Thursday and had what we would consider a normal paced day of golf. Friday was the only terrible day.
OF NOTE:THE GREENS ARE IN VERY BAD CONDITION!
The Greens
The greens were horrible… I recommended fixing the greens.
Nice location, fair conditions
Close and convenient but the course is not in very good condition. It was once a very nice course I'm told, but the condition has deteriorated.
Rookies
Played course with 3 non golfers and played best ball.
Greens are a little rough, fairways are good.
