Love the layout
Love the layout of the course, has a lot of character and challenging holes, the only negative of this round is pace of play was slow on every hole, and the greens and fairways were a little sparse. We played here about a month ago and it seemed to be in better condition. Would definitely play again.

First time playing this track. Not your typical Florida course. Very nice track.

Tees, fairways, greens, traps all in very good shape. Always enjoyed this wonderful layout of interesting holes. I you haven't played there recently, do give it another try and you will not be disappointed.
Fun layout
First time this year. Enjoyed the layout. Tricky slopes on some greens. Keep it below the hole.
Glad To Be Back at Twisted Oaks
Hadn't played at twisted oaks for a while. I was glad to see it is getting back to the way it was back in "The Day"..(86-87)when I first got to play it. Fairways were great and the greens were rolling sooooo gooood!....Unlike the local 9 hole course I play at in Dunnellon where you have sand shots from the middle of the fairways (no grass) and greens that are like putting on my shag carpet and need a full turn and weight shift to get it to the hole ( shall remain nameless.). Can't wait to play it again tomorrow!!
Always fun to play
I played this course quite often. It is always fun to play. Realy good golfholes that challenge you to think before you play. Pick the right teebox for you and find out how good you are.
This course has a good variety of holes and challenges .
Was a great day , course was in great shape , greens were a good speed and bunkers were ok .
Great Weather, Course in good condition
Course was in good condition. Just some bare spots in couple or three greens, Weather was great, staff at the course were great and all in all an enjoyable day on the golf course. The combination of short and long holes, some elevation changes made it just a little challenge thrown in but not so tough to be impossible.
Nice Course with some character!
Pleasantly surprised by the course, nice character with some challenging holes. Pace of play could have been a bit quicker but not terrible.
Would come back to play again.

Great Lay out rolling hills. Undulating greens
played from senior tees shot in mid 80,s not bad for 1st time.

This course is vastly improved from a couple of years ago. It provided an enjoyable round of golf.

great course. improving all the time. must play golf course. only issue is ,owner needs to improve his attitude. learn how to smile and not be so gruff.
