About
Boca Raton Municipal Golf Course is home to an 18-hole Championship Course as well as a nine-hole Executive Course. Both courses were designed by Charles Ankrom across a gently rolling landscape of mature trees and winding lakes. The Executive Course provides great practice before the Championship Course but it is also a great place for beginners to learn the game since it is player-friendly enough to appeal to all ages and skill levels. For more advanced players it provides a quick, enjoyable round that can be played in less than 90 minutes. The layout is a mix of par 3s and par 4s with no par 5s. There are a few strategically placed bunkers but overall the golf course is geared more towards a less experienced player. In addition to the two courses, Boca Raton also offers a driving range as well as putting and chipping greens.

Fast Greens and tight lies
Fairways tight. Needs more attention to detail. Fast greens nice putting. Not bad for its municipal status.
Great Course
Interresting challenge and the course is in good condition.
Very enjoyable round of golf
Nice course, nice layout. Water on several holes but a perfect shot wasn't required to avoid these hazards. Very good pace of play, The greens were consistent and the course was well maintained. I would definitely pay this course again.
Sad to see it Go
Another very good municipal course that will be built over by developers in the next couple of years. I was worried that the course would deteriorate with the sale, but the greens were in great shape. Some of the tee boxes were dried out, but not a big deal on a Par 4 when you are hitting off the tee.
Course will be gone in 2 years!
It's a shame that the city sold out to private investors to build homes on this great course! we don't need more homes- we need more great municipal golf courses.

Generous fairways. The greens, fairways and tee boxes are in good shape.I would come back here.

A truly enjoyable golf course!
I play this course at least 5 times per year. It truly has a great design with some easy holes intermingled with some very difficult ones.
It is normally in great condition, specially if you consider this is a Municipal golf course.
It can be really difficult in windy days.
Most of the time it has a great pace with 4 hour rounds.
It has a little bit of everything.Water hazards are present at most holes but they do not dominate the course.
Good practice facilities for pre round warm up.
