Los Lagos Golf Club
About
Los Lagos Golf Club is one of the best golf values in the Laughlin area. Though the affordable rates are appealing, the scenery and design are what have truly made the course a favorite amongst locals. The Ted Robinson design features more than 40 bunkers strategically placed along the greensides and fairways. Water comes into play on seven holes but there is only one forced carry. There is mounding dividing the parallel holes and some of the par 4s and par 5s are sloped to create a bowl-like effect. The golf course demands a fair amount of skill but it's still player friendly enough to appeal to players of all skill levels. Los Lagos Golf Club's gently rolling fairways are forgiving with wide landing zones and the greensides also have some room for recovery if your approach is slightly errant.

Great Layout
This is a challenging course but fair. I always enjoy playing here.
great even in the wind
The wind was blowing about 40 miles an hour but we had a good time anyway. Want to go back and play it again in calmer times. This sems to be a user friendly course for any level of player.
economical course
I enjoyed the course but didn't feel like the high ratings were accurate. They were aerating the roughs while were there, but otherwise the course was in good condition. Wide fairways (for the most part) and true greens. Just wasn't real impressed nor was I disappointed.
Moved Fast, got on course on time.
Nice course, moved fast, well maintained, good for a new golfer just as well as someone who's been playing a long time. Fairways open, not to narrow.
Fun to play
The greens were slow and could be in better shape.
When we come to Laughlin, this is one course we always golf.
We played this course and it was in beautiful shape~the greens were true. They have watered the course and it was in great shape!
This course has great features
Was a great golfing experience, the weather was perfect, and the staff were very friendly and attentive.
Will play again, next time I am in Laughlin.
course is in great shape.
First time I played this course and loved every inch of it. Fairways and greens in beautiful condition. The trick is to keep it in the fairway. If not bring a lot of balls because you cannot find them back in the flowers that are left and right of each fairway. We played this course in just over 3 hrs because it was not busy at all. Shocking for such a beautiful course.
A Ted Robinson Sr. Gem
The wife and I really enjoy this course. The layout is perfect for all levels of play
Condition was better than most courses in Laughlin area
One of the top three courses in area. Condition was above average for this area and the layout was challenging.
very enjoyable course to play at all levels
From Bruce at the counter (he let my wife use his windbreaker) to all of the personnel at the course - very friendly. We played with 5 on Sunday and had a great time. A little busy on Tuesday as it took us almost 6 hrs. All in all, a very nice course to play.
Overpriced
Played on 2-16-13 and the course was not in good shape. Brown grass on the fairways? Check. Rock hard turf? Check. Greens like your driveway? Check. That and the area is not much to look at (I'm being polite here) and the course is just a so-so layout. We paid the tourist rate of $85 and it felt like a $25 muni at best. That and it takes 30 minutes to drive to from Laughlin. My advice is to leave the clubs at home while in Laughlin as there just aren't any great options in this area - I've tried the others too.
I'm not sure if it was just the time of year, but greens were quite slow & bumpy.
Fairways also need attention as they are fairly thin & need water.
Good, challenging, and fun
So far, this is our favorite course in the area. Perhaps a Marshall would be helpful. There was a very slow foursome ahead of us, who wouldn't let us pass. Our Golf Now pricing made this course affordable for us. Otherwise, it is a tad beyond our budget.
Fun
Course was fun to play even though the fairways and rough were dorment and the greens were spotty. The greens have good undulation and the fairways are ample. Good test.
where's the ball washers
The course when my wife and i played was in the end of jan and would've been a 5 star if they would've over seeded the fairways and the greens could've have been over seeded more as they were a little sparse as far as lush goes, the ball bounced on them.I found the 150 and 100yd markers were pretty good as i checked them with my range finder.I found it odd there was no ball washers on any of the holes.Golf carts were electric which was a big plus.We found the course was a very user friendly lay out for wide enough fairways so a good chance you'd be on the fairway even with a wayward hit.All in All we enjoyed are round.
It was a very windy day! The course was in ok conditions. There are some pretty good holes there, just don't have the funds to be prestine.
A great value for $ 22. I'm a 6 handicap and playing the wind was awsome. Par threes, you had to watch hitting it in the water and aimed to the far left. Clubhouse was nice and the people were very friendly. Golf balls are provided for you on the range, I know it doesn't sat that. Play the course, but don't think your playing Wolf Creek or Piaute Wolf.
Looked ok, but windy
While we never finished, the course looked to be in good shape for the winter months, but the winds were blowing 30-40 mph. Just not fun. I think there where just three others on the course. Guys in the shop were nice and told us about the course. Only played 8 holes, but did look at all the holes. We' ll be back.
Very friendly staff.
I can't give a true review on this course because the wind was blowing so hard it caught the door of the restroom and threw me to the ground. We had just finished 4 holes. I couldn't continue playing. Would like to try the course another time when the wind isn't blowing.
Course was straight, good course for average golfer.
We were the only people on the course, wind was so strong that club house considered course unplayable. They told us no rain/wind check because we booked on line. We went out anyway and we will have some good stories to tell back home, we did have fune. We got to see some of our drives roll backwards after landing and a putting was very entertaining. We did have a good time.
