Greens need some work, few greens had burn out marks, still not bad but upgrading greens would make this a nice course.

It's a good course but the condition in this period is not really great: the fairway is good but the greens have many damaged spots and are bumpy.

The pace in my early T-times is very good. Our twosome took only 3 hours to complete. It's a good course for relaxing with friends.

Starter gal and bag guy super accommodating and very friendly, which started the day off nice. Narrow course through multiple complexes and housing, but was in decent shape except for the greens. They need more then just sand to clean them up. Patchy with multiple weeds invading them; made it hard to putt well. Had a good day and glad I caught this course on a hot deal, couldn't see paying more than $22 at this point. Once and if they cure the greens, could go up to $30. I would recommend this for anyone, but play at your own risk due to poor green conditions.

Most of the Fairways were Excellent. I was impressed with their condition.

Many of the Greens were in Rough Condition. Patchy and mold issues.

Some Tee Boxes Very Good. Some Average. Some Poor.

We have had very wet conditions and keeping Greens in shape is difficult at best although several other courses are in better shape currently. However, I did see a lot of Greenskeeper Workers out and working throughout the course.

I will stop back out and play another round in the next few weeks and see which way this course is headed.

This is an excellent course. The fairways and greens are in fantastic condition. Extremely friendly staff. The only down side for this course is their website. You are not able to book a tee time on the site. It tells you there are no available tee times for any day or time you enter. I would highly recommend this course. Call the Pro Shop to schedule a tee time!!!

It was my first time playing the course. I can’t express how well it was layed out and put together it was. I enjoyed it and would recommend it to others and play again. It’s a little challenging but I will be going again. The staff was also so amazing and friendly. Took our clubs and put on a cart as we were checking in. They also cleaned them all at the end. Truly love the course and staff I will be back.

This course is simple, and that's what I love about it. Staff is friendly, easy to work with, and they are very accommodating.

But what is up with the greens in February?! Middle of busy season and nearly all the greens look like soon-to-be sand traps. On the first couple holes, I figured it was because of the housing construction going on (which will look great once it's done! Not to any fault of the golf course), but we got to the 4th-5th hole away from all the construction, and the greens were still atrocious! I felt like I was able to fully recreate all of my putts the way the lines were created in the sand on the way to the hole.

All the other aspects of the course are great. If you're working on anything but putting, this is a great course to attend. Once you get to the green, just pick up and move to the next hole.

Great deal, improvements in this course are many and ongoing A very good local course at reasonable rates.
