Berkshire Valley Golf Course

It was beautiful course.

If you are hitter, it's not for you.Because it's narrow.

You will be losing the balls.

The grass the condition was good.

The course has great views and there is not much flat about it. If it is flat there are challenges to get to the flat. We played on a rainy day and the water did not pool anywhere on the course. Some tee boxes could use some care. The only negative is the golf carts. No GPS and no way to cover your clubs to protect from the rain.

Got lucky with a Hot Deal for this course and saved about $40. Conditions were very good and pace was great. it's a great course to walk as it's got moderate inclines. It's always a special treat to play here.

Just an awesome course. 3rd time playing. Fair, but challenging. If you hit a good shot, you'll be rewarded. Greens roll true. Fairways are cut tight. Bunkers have been worked on and are no longer full of rocks. Just an awesome place to play. My only complaint is the 2nd hole. I play the blues at this course, and have shot in the 70's 2/3 times that I've played here. I have no issue making the green on any of the par 3's, but the day I played, this tee was sitting at about 242 yards, according to my GPS app. That's just way too long for a par 3. That being said, if I could only pick 5 courses to play for the rest of my life, within 1.5 hours of my house, this would be one of them.

High handicappers try to tackle course that is tough and kind of quirky layout..Seems like my experience here gets worse than last hard to take paying $90 for a 5-1/2 hour round. Also staff seems to struggle with technology to check in and get players out. Shane I used to like course very cool looking when u drive in

Course is great. Pace was really show. No rangers out.

Wonderful golf course. Not a beginners course. First 5 holes along a mountain ridge then 4 holes down the ridge into the valley, Course conditions were excellent and the staff is very friendly. The only issue was pace of play. $47 if a county resident $67 non-resident. Totally worth it.

Berkshire Valley never disappoints. The layout is great, and it provides a great challenge. The fairways are plush, and the conditions are even better now because the bunkers issue has been resolved. Fluffy sand has been put in most of the bunkers.

Definitely make a stop to play here if you have not. You’ll see plenty of wildlife too. A lot of baby turtles.
