Hate to say it but never again.
Layout: odd. Never had so many blind tee boxes. Not blind in an interesting way. Blind in a uniquely impossible way.
Starter: we had already been plagued with a slow foursome in front of us. (No ranger anywhere) Then, at the turn, the starter allowed another foursome to jump in front.of us. This is on a Thursday -- the place was hardly crowded.
The bar/restaurant: forget it. The young fellow was clueless as a newborn kitten.
The pro shop was great though. The fellows in there were on the ball. Well stocked shop.
True links
Course was in great condition tees, fairways, and greens. Hit the driving range before the round, would have liked grass but was a decent warm up area.
Over ratings
I didn’t like a link style of golf courses. There were no sands on bunker traps. Green were very slow. Fairways were not too bad. Lately the cost of playing golf goes up a lot.
This golf course is one of the no reason high price what they are charged. Also, reviews were over rated as 4 stars. 3 stars willl be enough. Even though I paid less than original cost, I regretted to come this golf course from the NYC. It was worthless although I paid hot deal price. $50 would be fine for all golfers during weekend.
