It was a drive from AC but enjoyed our day. Course was in decent shape but traps were hard and rocky. Had August roll in many fairways. Must have been dry spring. Restaurant after was great. Food and staff extremely friendly. Would come back.

Since playing here during COVID it has started to recover. Fairways are still filled with crab grass , tee boxes still need work but the majority of the greens are in great shape. Very tight course. Be verycareful of miss hit balls. Price was good and course is overall nice. But fairways and tee boxes need to be improved.

For what we paid there are no complaints. The course was in mostly good shape with only a bad tee box or two. Maybe a patch here or there on greens or fairways. You’re not getting pristine conditions for $25

Had a 638 start time, young starter was on his game, Grabbed our clubs, put them on cart, sorry I dont remember his name. He got us right off and course was beautiful, all of the ground that was under construction last time we played was completed and grass filled. Tee boxes were nice, fairways cut , and greens perfect. Will definitely play again. Thanks guys.

The course is in good shape, pace of play was good until we got to the 10th hole when the league had started and there was four foursomes in front of us. I personally think that there should be someone to let us play through before the league gets started or let you know when you’re playing by the 10th old there’s gonna be a lot of people in front of you.

This new ranger needs to learn more and understand that 2somes and 3somes don't determine reasonable pace of play. I'm a single digit handicap and have been playing golf for almost 50 years. I am also the first one to complain about pace of play, when it's warranted. We were the 11:00 tee time (foursome) and had turned the corner in just a tick over 2 hours. Probably 2 hours and 5 minutes. By 2:25 we were finishing the tenth hole. Granted the other 3 gentleman were high handicap, but despite that fact, we were moving along. The ranger comes over to tell us things were backing up behind us ( a 3some and a 2some). Here we are, doing the right thing ( playing a proper 4some ) and keeping up with the clock and he's pushing us because smaller groups are waiting. Then he says there's open holes ahead of us. Yes, they were open ahead of us all day. I didn't see another 4some anywhere around us. In fact, the 2some that leap frogged us on hole 4 was only 1-1/2 holes ahead of us after 10 holes. We ended up rushing the next 2 or 3 holes and ruining our back 9, and still finished in 4 hours! Maybe we would have been 4:15 if we hadn't rushed. If you want to put two somes and 3somes out there that's fine, but they don't dictate pace of play. The rangers interference was out of line and ruined our round.

As soon as you park, bag bro will always be ready for the guys that don’t wanna carry their bag (Watch that he doesn’t sneak up & scare you lol). After you check in, you’ll be greeted by a massive chip friendly practice green, or go to the side and warm up by hitting into a net (nice option for those who bank on some range time). First tee shot gives you an idea of how the course will play, short & tight. Stay out of the trees and you’ll shoot low. Now that it’s mid-spring, the greens are in pretty good shape. Make sure to order a bacon egg & cheese on the 8th hole’s tee box, for it might be the best breakfast sandwich in NJ. Snipe a round for less than $30 and it’ll be the best value you’ve gotten around here by far.

Course was barely playable, fairways are in bad shape, greens were decent though. Tee boxes were like hitting off an uneven sand trap. We played preferred lie within 2 club lengths in the fairway and I still had trouble finding a playable lie

Well kept course. Challenging and fun layout, but also forgiving for beginners. Trees line the fairways can help or hurt a slice/hook depending on the bounce off the bark.

Pace of play was a slight issue largely due to one very slow group 2 carts in front of us. Overall good value for the money and a fun round
