Centerton Golf Club

I arrived an hour earlier than expected. Once we got going, it was pretty smooth. The greens were better than normal for this time of year.

They just don’t have a lunch area so we go to the Point 40 Diner.

This was probably the worst golf experience based on the quality of the course.

It was in a sad pathetic shape. The fairways were a joke and the tee boxes were even worse.

The only redeeming factor was the pace of play as the course was not crowded and our group of 3 moved eat a good pace.

I play this course all the time. Yesterday was probably my 1 millionth round. They were aerating the fairways and tee boxes so that was a little messy but I live the layout , course is easy and short . Greens rolling well. Staff don't bother you at all . If they had the restaurant open on mondays , I'd rate the place a solid 4

First time playing here this year. The course is in good condition: tee boxes are all new, greens are firm and fast, fairways are green!

Took a little under 4 hours and had to wait on nearly every hole, but was to be expected on a beautiful, sunny day in October.

Some standing water in sand on a few holes, and one hole was very muddy (always is), but overall, not bad for the price

We will be back!

This course was actually in quite good shape fairways & greens no major problem spots, rough,sand traps, tee boxes & cart paths were atrocious. Inexpensive & a green layout, had fun

Every Halloween the trees are filled with underwear and every spring the toilets explode. Oh I'm sorry that's a movie I'm reviewing. In getting back to Centerton it's a case of the glass is half full or the glass is half empty. I could give it 4 stars because I paid $22 with fees and played in under 3 hours after a 6 day Nor'easter. Or I could go with 3 stars because the hundreds of cart path craters became mini ponds with danger lurking everywhere. I recommend they go with red stakes and break the record for water hazards. The crushed 5th vertebrae, hand stingers and whiplash suggest I give it 2 stars....Bill C

Great course, nice pricing, a little soggy in areas after a rain (but most courses are).

We had a good time.

Need to work on excess ball marks on greens and some areas of USGA rough (5-6 inches) as well as hard ness of tee boxes so you can get tee into ground. Not major problems just need some attention.

Did NOT understand why pro shop sent a group of 3 to 10th tee that resulted in 3 groups at the same time. Why would someone get to jump in front of people that have been playing?

Other than occasional sandy regions off the fairway, the course was in pretty good shape. Fairways and greens are well maintained.

Course was pleasantly in better shape than previous time. Tee boxes iffy , fairways ok. Greens quite good. Course has so much potential. If they put the time and money into it it would be fabulous.
