Better than the other reviews dictate
I really enjoyed playing this course. I was a bit apprehensive about playing as it was my last choice I could find. It definitely exceeded my expectations. The layout of the course is really great, it’s short yeah, but designed pretty well for being a par 67. Greens are small which is tough also. Overall, for a middle of the road golfer like myself, it was awesome. Definitely recommend. Don’t listen to all those other try hards who complain about the most minor detail. You’ll have fun and it’s worth it.
It is what it is
For sure... Overall condition would be a lot better than what it is if it weren’t for COVID-19 situation, but it is what it is...
Amazing course
Haven’t played here in years. I totally forgot what a gem this place is. Loved it. Will definitely start going more often.
Aerated greens
The course was nice except for the greens. It was recently aerated but no notice about that. Putts were knocked offline by the aeration holes. Greens were terrible
Condition
Airrider greens not good right now , played course before and course was good but not today, will be nice to know if airrider greens before book it
Not worth the money
This course was in horrible condition the tee boxes were all dirt and so were the fairways not worth the money at all I will not be going back to this course again.
Slow play
Beginning golfers hitting several tee shots,
Too many golfers playing from the Black tees.
Good holes and bad holes
Some of the course was in great shape. Several of the greens and fairways on the back nine were a mess though. Late summer I guess. It's a creative layout, several blind shots, and quite hilly for a city course. The overall yardage is a bit deceiving, there are 7 par 3s, which shortens it a lot, but the 4s and 5s are a decent length typically. I'll definitely be back, but I'm addicted to golf. Worth checking out.
