Del Tura Golf & Country Club - South/North

My wife/partner needed to work so I got a great deal online and played with 3 other players. I pretty new to golf and haven’t played many courses so my experience was mostly about the layout which was different than any other course I’ve played. The greens were very nice but slower than I’m used to so that was a little bit more challenging. Most of the fairways were pretty narrow with homes that were very close which was a bit of an issue with me being I’m not very good. Overall I had fun and got paired up with some great people. For the price I’ll certainly be back.

Play was brutally slow on North course. Min 5 min wait at each tee. Argh 😡. Play on West course much improved.

Course was in decent shape for price. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I’ll give it another try. Maybe slow play was an anomaly.

The course website describes itself as a “Presidential” course which maybe is another way of saying this is not a standard Par 72 course.

All three 9-holes are Par 30.

Always enjoy playing this course. Friendly staff course is well maintained and enough challenging holes to keep it interesting. Always enjoy this course

My only negative would be the amount of members they let on the course with no teetime. We had a 2some jump in front of us on the front line… ( was okayed by starter because they were Members). Was slow play for 9 holes. Then a couple was going to jump in front of us on the back nine until I ask if they had a tee time. They told us they were just trying to sneak in a quick nine.
