Eagle Ridge Golf Club

This is a nice public course. It’s a bit on the pricey side in season but so are most Florida courses in season. The layout is very good and the course conditions were well maintained. Some greens had rough spots but typically not a problem. I enjoy playing here when I’m in the area.

Seeing many contradictory reviews for this course. But on this day in late March -I was impressed with it.

Greens, traps, fairways and tee boxes all good. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

I really liked the experience though water hazards were effective and penal. Course certainly is an interesting and challenging layout..

Couple of greens kind of beat up, staff was excellent but we had a good time, me wife and two ladies. Doesn't get any better. Life is good 👍

GolfNow messed up my tee time. I called the course before my golf round and they didn’t have me on the tee sheet for 3:00 pm. Luckily they had an open spot for 3:22 pm. The course said that GolfNow has been screwing up lately.

Great course overall , beautiful layout , most greens are perfect. Played here many times and after it rains the fairways see a lot of plugged balls after your drive. But if it’s been dry I have no complaints!

We played Eagle Ridge again yesterday and we love this course! It’s in great condition, friendly staff, and challenging yet enjoyable! We will definitely play here again!

Eagles Ridge Golf Club in Fort Myers was decent. It’s not a long course but somewhat tight so you have to be smart on some holes. Sacrifice distance for accuracy. The tees and fairways were nice. The greens weren’t too bad but a few had bare spots. Although the fairways were nice the rough was mostly weeds. There is lots of water mostly on the sides of fairways but did not find that the water was much in play approaching the greens. I found the course is fair without any gimmicky holes. Pace was slow. We were following a foursome of older players of limited ability. They diid let us go through at one point but we quickly caught up to the next foursome. There was a marshal on the course but didn’t seem to try to move things along. It’s a fairly short course so no reason that a round should take more than 4 hours. We managed to get around in just about 4 hours. All in all a good golfing experience for the price.

This was by far the best course we played in the past several weeks. The starter and rangers were very helpful and friendly. The course was in very good condition, particularly the greens. For the price, one of the better courses you could play.
