Eagle Ridge Golf Club

I was in the area on vacation and had a recommendation to play Eagle Creek. Getting a tee time was easy and the staff were great in getting us set up with rentals (they do prefer you to reserve rentals ahead of time). Had a wonderful time out on the course with my wife and our pairing. Pace was a little slow on account of a few groups ahead of us, but since we were on vacation and it's golf, who really cares. Apparently, the grouping behind us cared...sent multiple shots in our direction without warning missing me and my wife by feet at times. Found out later that one of the group was a part owner of the course...SHAME ON YOU! Be a man next time and say something rather than recklessly firing golf balls at people. I will NEVER play this course again for those actions of an owner of the course.

greens seemed to have been recently worked on and consequently very rough and slow. Although others there said the greens are usually very nice.

Great course with water challenges and very fast greens

Played the course today. Course had no standing water which has been an issue. The greens were very bumpy and inconsistent! It looked like three types of grass made up the green surfaces. Putts would not hold their line. Otherwise the course was ok. Also, there is no course layout on the scorecards or GPS, first timers may have problems navigating the layout.

Staff is always friendly and the course was in excellent condition.

I have played there many times, and always find the course enjoyable. Fairways and greens both in great shape.

My only complaint is there is not a true driving range to warm up, hitting into a net from a mat doesn’t really do much to prepare for actually playing the course

Over the 10 years I have played this course, it is in the best condition it has ever been, despite the recent drought. The tee boxes and the fairways are green and full. The greens are in great shape, running smooth and faster than many other courses. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. They even clean your clubs after the round, which doesn't happen at most courses anymore. Please remember to thank them with a tip...it is really appreciated.

Have golfed here a few times this month it has always been a great experience. Good course for all levels. It’s narrow with a good number of water hazards to add some challenges.

Eagle Ridge fairways and tees in above average condition for SWFL course, greens were inconsistent with splotchy patches, some greens were aok others need attention. Course Layout ok with plenty of water in play. Bunkers were decent. Unless a hot deal or twilight rate, not worth the full price, but as many SWFL courses they are over priced in Jan - April golf.
