Morgan Hill Golf Course
About
The Morgan Hill Golf Course in Easton has a somewhat misleading name since you'll find more than just hills on this challenging course. Be prepared to face a variety of elevation changes ranging from subtle to dramatic. The golf course has a dramatic design that is carved into a hillside, which makes it a hard course to walk but one that is visually interesting and tough to play. It may not be a layout for the faint of heart but the scenery alone is enough to provide enjoyment. Golfers can enjoy scenic views of the river, but scenic respite is the only break you'll get. There is hardly an even lie to be found and the severely undulating greens will test even the most seasoned golfers. Also, be prepared for a slew of blind shots at Morgan Hill Golf Course.

Golfer Reviews
Great track
Great track. Very difficult, with very few flat lies. Great test of golf. Not for the beginner golfer. Brutal course if it is cart path only. You need to play it from the tees that your handicap warrants. We played behind guys playing from the blue tees that should have been playing from the Red tees. Which makes for a long round. We'll definitely be back.
Unusual and memorable holes, great condition, good value.
I've played this course several times, and it's always in good or excellent condition. It has lots of elevation changes, nice views, and many memorable holes that, to me, make it the most entertaining course around. But there are a lot of blind shots, so don't expect to score well the first time you play it. The clubhouse and staff are very nice, and the food at the bar is very good.
The only negatives about my last round were that our tee time was delayed by 45 min due to a shortage of carts, and the pace of play was slow. I haven't encountered those issues in the past. Overall, playing The Club at Morgan Hill is a unique and memorable experience, and a good value.
Challenging course but very nice
We played on a windy day and it was very difficult. Nevertheless, it is a very nice course and well maintained. Enjoyed it very much. Will play at least couple more round here this year.
Mountain course, difficult, more so when there is wind. Slow play.
Great course. Unfortunately, the pace of play was very slow. Our foursome played in just over 5 3/4 hours. Geens were firm and fast. The day we plyed there was too much wind (this couse is much better without). It's on a mountain, so every hole had elevation to it. Fortunately, we were planning on finishing around dinner time. The food in the restaurant is very good. Great bar menu.
Well maintained, great views!
This course is not for the faint of heart. It is always one of the best maintained courses in the valley. There are many challenges on this course from the undulating greens to the elevation changes. After playing the course a few times your comfort level increases. One of my favorite holes on the course is # 12 it is a par three that has an elevated tee box the large green is 50 feet below. Watching the tee shot fall on the green is very cool. The food at the course is spectacular and fairly priced.
OMG..........you've got to be a mountain goat !
What a beautiful course. There's a challenge on alomost evey hole. Sand traps are well maintained, greens are great (all be it, a little slow), and the fairways are nice and wide on many holes. Yet, the course is super challenging due to the elevation changes causing you to club up or down on many holes. I would play it again, next year. Once a year is plenty.
nice but difficult
Beautiful course with great views. Course is kept in great shape. Very challenging with a lot of blind shots but a lot of fun. Excellent value especially if you get deal on Golfnow.
Sunday's provide no food available.
Checked in, but was not warned food or drinks not available on the course, or that the halfway house was closed. No water cups on most of the on-course coolers.
Fun place to play
We have played here many times even though it is a good hour ride from our homes. A fun and challenging layout with great views of the surrounding areas. Conditions are always good. The great price + the quality of the course makes this one of our favorite places to play.
Great course, great conditions all for a great price!
Morgan Hill is always in great shape. The staff is very accommodating each and every time I play there. IT is a very challenging course and will test every part of your game and I like that. It is one of the best courses for the money that you can play in the area.
Humbling experience. Not for the average bogey golfer.
Too many blind shots. Never a flat lie. The greens are all elevated and sloped so it is tough to keep the ball on the green unless you land in the middle.
hilly course with very difficult greens
a great variety of holes many of which play up or down many of the hills found on the course. the greens are difficlut to hold and extremely difficult to read which rsults in slow play. can always get a great deal on GOLFNOW but expect at least a 5 hour round. despite the slow play one of the best public courses you will play. Leave the ego at home and just enjoy a really nice course.
Not for hackers.
This is a great course if you like a challenge. I've played here about 12 times and really like the course because of the difficult holes. long and hard. great elevation change and the greens put true. Also has great views . They have very good food in the bar as well.
Was thrilled except for the pace of play
I recently played a round here and was overall very impressed. It is a true "target golf" course, but was one of the best "target golf" courses I've played. If you missed the fairway you were most certainly penalized but you did have room to miss and not end up in a hazard. Some great views and some great holes. Wasn't difficult but wasn't easy either. Would play again but the pace of play was pathetic. Round lasted roughly 5.5 hours. In front of us was two twosomes and a threesome and behind us was a single and a foursome. Was asked not to join group-up...hopefully pace of play is better next time
Extremely difficult due to slope of most holes.
I have played here before but probably won't be returning. Good shots are penalized due to slope.....need to be an extremely low handicap to handle this course. Views are beautiful, though.
Some of the best views in the Delaware Valley!
I always enjoy playing the Club at Morgan Hill. The course usually well maintained. I was little surprised that the fairways were not as green as the courses in Montgomery county. The greens were a little inconsistent as well. But, on a Wednesday afternoon in April, with not a cloud in the sky and 68 degree temperature, we had some of the best views on hill tops that you could ever want. I highly recommend the course for a fun day out with friends. The staff was really special!!
Awesome Course
Overall, a great course. Awesome views throughout the course, and a ton of elevation changes. Would definitely go back!
Difficult course with lots of hills and blind shots.
