Morgan Hill Golf Course
About
The Morgan Hill Golf Course in Easton has a somewhat misleading name since you'll find more than just hills on this challenging course. Be prepared to face a variety of elevation changes ranging from subtle to dramatic. The golf course has a dramatic design that is carved into a hillside, which makes it a hard course to walk but one that is visually interesting and tough to play. It may not be a layout for the faint of heart but the scenery alone is enough to provide enjoyment. Golfers can enjoy scenic views of the river, but scenic respite is the only break you'll get. There is hardly an even lie to be found and the severely undulating greens will test even the most seasoned golfers. Also, be prepared for a slew of blind shots at Morgan Hill Golf Course.

Golfer Reviews
Tough, tough, tough...
Morgan Hill is the definition of a modern design. It presents a plethora of optical illusions, blind shots, daunting elevation changes, difficult up and downs, and tricky greens. There are only 18 flat lies on the course, known as tee boxes. Despite the challenge, it's kept in absolutely pristine condition, the view of Easton and the Appellation mountains are stunning, and if you can control you emotions and avoid trying to beat the course, it's a lot of fun.
A must play
Never played a course with so many blind shots and elevation changes. Challenging but very fun. Definitely need to play again now that I know the holes. Looking forward to it
a gem overlooking the lehigh valley
Awesome course! I heard some negative things about morgan hill so I avoided it. The few people that told me these negative things are going to get quite an earful the next time I see them. Thank you to golfnow for posting a rate that I couldn't pass up. morgan hill will now have a customer for hopefully the next 50 years. the only gripe I have is there are quite a few blind shots but I hear pebble beach is the same way. if you haven't played morgan hill yet make it your next stop you wont be dissapointed
Nice course with good discounts
The course is very challenging as there are not many even lies. There are lots of blind tee shots with some pretty challenging multi-teared greens.
Great course great views -Top 10 in PA
Real good course – must be able to work ball off the tee straight does not always work – good mix of holes and not a walk in the park must have all aspects of game working, Breathtaking view as well, it has it all. Top ten in PA out of the 90 courses I have played in PA
Great challenging course to play.
The course takes full advantage of the ups and downs of the Morgan Hill area of Easton. The front 9 is fairly straight-forward, but the back 9 is full of challenge for any level golfer. Several blind shots, and on one hole, I had trouble finding a landing zone for my second shot onto a par 5.
Still a challenging, fun time.
Exciting layout and generous price
The challengable and exciting layout. well maintained fairway
and greens are exciting curved..but green need better management to make high-speed.
Generally this course should be the best choice for price, but not
good for beginner because of high slope.
best in the area, especially for the money
great course, best value for the money. superb fairways, tee boxes, greens and even rough. you're not going to find a better course for the money. should be $100, but goes for $30. pretty comparable to Architects golf course in Lopatcong, NJ.
Course challenges every club in the bag
I have been playing Morgan Hill for many years now and it never gets old. I drive one hour to play there. I always get a good deal for the course. I believe it to be one of the most challenging public courses in Pennsylvania dependent on the chosen tee box. I would recommend this course to anyone and I have.
Course is very challenging but fair.
course is very challenging. Very few if any flat lies. Played the course in Nov and there were no leaves on the course. They did a great job!
amazing elevation changes and fantastic golf
If you like big time heroic uphill and downhill golf shots then Morgan Hill will be your place to play.. Have been playing here since it opened driving up once or twice a year from Philly. The par 3's and par 5's on this course are truly spectacular.. With the high vistas and open nature, expect alot of wind when you play here.. The course is well maintained and the staff is nice.. Be prepared for long hilly walks from the green complexes back to your cart.. You'll be tired by the the time you finish 18 even when riding.. This course is a workout for everyone..
Views, hills and challenging greens
Views are terrific, especially in the fall. Greens are really tricky to read, but fair and fun. Course knowledge will go a long way here.
great view and shape
what can I say?.....nice ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Setting is great and a fair price.
Getting to the green is hard enough. Greens are too tricked up.
Would not like to be playing all the time. Had a nice day but find that the greens could be fairer. Great views and niceclub house. Others in the group felt the same way. I f greens were a little more fair this would one of my favorate places to play. By fair i mean flat and true. Either you love this couse and just hate it. Their is no in between. Only until you play it can you make that decision.
Challenging pristine course!
The golf Club at Morgan Hill is well maintained with amazing views. The staff is very friendly and extremely accommodating. The course has six split fairways, tons of bunkers and huge elevation changes making for an exciting round. The greens however are ridiculously hard to read. The course is cut into a mountain. So don’t be surprised when a putt that should obviously break right goes way left. I would definitely recommend a round at Morgan Hill.
Excellent layout
While I do not live in the area, I seek out this course whenever I visit. The course is very challenging, but it is a pleasure to play. Great layout and many enjoyable holes.
Great Course
This is mountain style golf course with dramatic elevation changes, blind shots and great views. There are few flat spots on this course including the greens. The course is a challenge. This was my second time playing here and I will be back again. Because the course is difficult, the pace of play can be slow at times
