great round despite heat
weatherman wrong again. turned out to be in upper80s! wish they flipped back and front nines so did not open with oar 5.. also njne woukd make a much better finishing hole.
Really nice course!
Always great to play Belle Vista. Play at least once a year and the layout is enjoyable. Top 5 course in Northerm Montco area.
Pace of Play was brutal.
The course, amenities, and staff, are amazing. Unfortunately, the pace of play was brutal. We ended up playing a 5.5 hour round Friday afternoon. We did see a ranger on the course, but in general, pace of play wasn’t being enforced.
Great Course but...
Love the course but they are still not using rakes and the bunkers need sand and work to get a 5 star rating.
Stay Out Of The Rough!
I have played this course since it first opened and it has changed over the years. Still not a fan of starting on a par 5 but it is what it is. It is a relatively tight course although you will find your ball you may not be happy with what you find.
When the rough is up it tough to advance the ball very far. You will also find depending on the pin placements your fun has only begun when you hit the green.
Great Condition, Fun Course
Always enjoy playing Bella Vista. The course was in great condition. The rough was thick and deep. Definitely good incentive to keep it in the fairways. The tee boxes, fairways, and greens were all well maintained. It’s a tad expensive, but you get a pretty good round for the money. Worth it.
