Bella Vista Golf Course

Course used to be very nice, not so much anymore. Tees were in poor condition, greens soft and slow, fairways with huge bare spots. Even their signature island green par 3 had a bare spot the size of a bread plate in the middle if the green. To make matters wirse the rangers are rude and annoying. Ive played here every year several times for the past 15 years, no more, the ranger issues started abiut 5 years ago . If you stop at the turn to use the bathroom, you’ll undoubtedly have a visit from a miserable man who will make a snarky comment then soeed away abd hover for at least a few holes. No where else hsve I ever experienced such terrible rangers. Needless to say this will be the last dollar i will ever doend at Bella Bista. Changes need to be made.

I agree with the other recent comments. Course is playing very soft due to recent rains. Some fairways were a little damaged but they roped off those areas. If the greens were firmer I would play this course again but not at full price.

I’ve played Bella Vist a few dozen times over the years. This was not the best shape the course has been in but it’s not bad. Course was very soft due to all the rain. A few areas roped off to really soft and wet conditions. Greens ran a little slow. Rough and fairways in pretty good shape. A couple of burnt out and diseased low lying patches in the fairways. Tee boxes in decent shape. Played after 2:00 on the weekend so rate isn’t too bad. I wouldn’t pay prime time weekend rate to play here. That’s a bad value for the $

Pace of play was slow even though a rangers was constantly circling the course. I bit bothersome he would wait for us to tee off while a group was in the fairway ahead of us. Course was in general good shape, although bunkers could use some attention

Some rough patches on the fairways due to tremendous recent rains. But the staff has kept up with it so is in very good shape overall. Layout is challenging but not overwhelming so fun.

Really good course. The fairways are super town up, but other than that it’s in good condition, holes are cool, and it’s well maintained. Would recommend.

Very nice course. Well maintained in spite of recent weather conditions. It was "cart path only" so pace of play was slow. but understandable. Recommend playing it s we willcvdoc so again!

The staff will rush you, even when you are early, rangers will follow you around all day, meanwhile we played a 4 hour round..Also, our fourth had to cancel due to getting sick with flu symptoms , they forced us to pay for him and still tried to stick a single with us.

Play most of our round in The steady rain. The day was pretty miserable, but the course held up nicely. As the weather got worse, we decided to end the round at the turn. They gave us a rain check for nine holes, which is very nice and much appreciated.

Even after all the rain we got recently, the course was in awesome shape. Pace of play was great even though the ranger watched us like a hawk the entire round. I loved it and will be back!
