Good course shame about the slow play
Course was in good condition and not wet under foot given storm that had just past.
Pace of play was painfully slow.
One of the best courses I've played
Staff at the pro shop could not have been more helpful. Good practice facilities before the round began. Fairways were immaculate and the greens were excellent. It's a credit to the groundsmen. Will definitely play this again.
Challenging course
I was greated by two gentleman who were very welcoming. Good practice area,
I tee off on the old course with a lovely couple and had a great day. The course was in excellent condition with the greens running fast. Lots of trees (I know I found every one lol) all in all a great experience and I look forward to returning here very soon to take on the new course 😃
Course Closed
I did not get to play in Headford Golf Club on Sunday the 22nd of January 2023 due to the course being closed , I hope to get a full refund. Thanks Edmund

Unbelievable course one of my favorites without a doubt
Great course!
First time playing and thought the course was excellent. Great championship layout and the greens were immaculate for the 2nd of January.
Can’t wait to get back and play again!
Top course
Fantastic course,great lay out greens were lovely, beautiful scenery and some lovely & unusual trees dotted around the fairways, friendly staff and well worth a visit.
Shocking customer service
First time I was due to play Headfort. Unfortunately a flat tire on the way out meant I wouldn't arrive until 2 minutes before my tee time. (I had wanted to get there a minimum 30 mins early to get a warm up, coffee etc. Rang the course explained the situation, and the club pro (I assume) was overjoyed to here this information. I was told 'your tee time is your tee time, if you miss it that's your problem'
I've never had such an ignorant response from a course, absolutely would not recommend, a little accommodation would have been nice, even if I was asked to skip the first 2 holes etc. Absolutely nothing. Stay away unless you want to deal with ignorance at its finest.
This course has great features.
We really enjoyed the experience of playing the new golf course. It has the perfect grounds.
Summer Greens?
Had we known the greens were hollow tined, we would not have played here. We did not expect the greens to be hollow tined in mid-summer. 40 Euros was an excessive green fee for such greens.
