Terrible service. Stay away if you're a Golfpass member
After 9 holes it started pouring rain and didn't stop. I went to the clubhouse to request a rain check for 9 holes. I was told that since I was a Golfnow member they would not issue me a rain check. What sense does that make...its pouring down rain, nobody is playing golf, I paid for 18 holes and couldn't finish due to rain. It was bad enough that the range was closed and it was cart path only today and they add the insult of not offering a rain check for the 9 holes i couldn't play due to rain? There are better choices out there and I'll pass on Lost Lake in the future. Terrible experience!

Absolutely, love this course! Second time playing here and it's even better than 3 years ago, when I very much enjoyed the outing. Wonderful staff, great practice facilities, terrific layout and I could keep going. It is challenging, especially the day before a Hurricane (potentially - Nicole is still a Tropical Storm at the time of review). The greens were a bit slow from sanding but rolled smooth and true (as the grounds keeper was taking advantage of the rain coming from Nicole, the greens will be even better in a week. Great job!) I will be back yet in November. Thanks to all at Lost Lake.
Wow, I couldn’t believe my eyes!
This was one of the nicest, friendliest, well run golf courses I have played at. For $50, I would have never expected the level of service, the quantity of amenities, or the quality of course I received. I ended my round by standing on the 18th green at sunset in pure admiration of this place. Keep doing exactly what you’re doing. I will 100% be back, and I’ll be bringing friends!!
Lost Lake
Last time I played the course was May 2022. Several of the greens at the time needed attention. My round in October, all greens in great condition. Course was superb.?
Good Course!
It was in good shape, played here during the summer and 2 greens were closed. Course is in good shape. The only negative is I had a rain check that expired ( wasn’t around to use it) and they didn’t except it. Still a good deal and experience at lost lake!
First time at a new course
First time playing this course. The course is very challenging. There are a lot of shots where you have to take less than driver unless you can really work the ball well. Greens were true, speed was ok as it rained on and off so they were a little slower than I like. Complimentary range balls. Full chipping green and separate putting green. Overall great course I will will be back.

We at Lost Lake our sorry you had a bad experience.
That said, Lost Lake Golf Club is "extremely fair" re cancellations, rain checks, emergencies etc. Lost Lake also updates course conditions by 6:30am daily which is subject to change.
You "Prepaid" a third party for your round; you did not pay Lost Lake; therefore its that third parties responsibility to provide rainchecks, refunds etc..
