Lost Lake Golf Club

This is a typical Fazio layout. Tough, but fair and visually unforgettable, lots of narrow fairways but ample chances to score. Course was in great shape, that and unlimited range balls makes for a great day of golf. Only real downside was the lack of beers in the restaurant.

Play this course when you can. Excellent conditions, true greens and friendly staff. Practice range with free golf balls is large and has areas for chipping & sand trap practice.

We played our round under challenging weather conditions, with strong winds and heavy rain showers. This is very good course which is well maintained. The tees provide a good variety, length, and challenge for most golfers. The greens are generally elevated and would be firm without the rain we endured. The holes provide good variety of golf shots and some require a reasonable strategic approach. The staff was generally friendly and the support services adequate. Overall, a good choice for a round of golf with friends and even family.

Great condition! Lots of fun to play! 2 more sets of tees behind the Blues, Golds and Blacks. Don’t take short cuts here especially on a windy day like today! Will go back!

Good layout. Do not play after heavy rain or multiple days of rain, gets very wet.

We really enjoyed our game here. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the course was a good challenge and luckily we were paired with a couple of members which was really helpful. it was great value for money and we would not hesitate to play here again.

My elderly parents & I drove 45 minutes north from Singer Island to play Lost Lake & found it well worth the drive. Excellent course, great conditions, fast greens, very challenging. Staff were extremely accommodating & friendly. We had a nice lunch in the grill room & practiced a bit on the range before being paired with a nice man from NJ and Stuart as a fourth. Behind 2 groups of very slow ladies was a bit tedious but we survived. Fine weather compensated. Would return!

Had basically a great day at Lost Lake. Everyone I dealt with from pro shop personnel, to starter to rangers was friendly and helpful. Course is in great condition. Tees and greens very well maintained and fairways provided consistent lies. The practice/warm up facilities are top notch.

Only fly in the ointment (and mostly beyond the control of the course) was the slow play of the group I was placed with. The round took just over 5 hours. At least one of the other players took two or three shots from virtually every tee. One wanted the flag in for putting, the other wanted it out - another greta time waster. They didn't make any putts BTW. They stopped at the turn for a hot dog and the group behind us played through while I stood waiting on the 10th tee.

Very nice course, beautiful day, very reasonable pace... four hours and 10 minutes w just a little wait on a few holes, range balls included and even a chipping green , we were hooked up with two other very nice golfers, reasonably priced and even got a special hot deal on golf..now and saved 12 dollars.

Truly. a beautiful golf course. I played there a week ago and enjoyed my round so much that I returned to Hobe Sound just to play a round there again. I suggest to all readers that if you have a chance to play at this golf course, play it. You won’t regret the choice.
