Pleasant surprise
Really nice course! Nice fairways and fast greens. First time playing it but I’ll be back it’s a blast to play
Aerification in December?
Golf in late December? Awesome!
Having the greens aerified right in front of you. In December. Sucks.
My understanding of the process is that you need growth to heal and benefit the greens. Warm days and cool nights are necessary. That ain’t happening in December in Michigan.
Confused is the right word. Oh well. I guess I can’t complain - It was golf in Michigan.
Good December Golf
We couldn't recall seeing a Michigan course look so green and well-maintained for play in December. All the greens were in good shape, the pins were challenging, and the usual autumn debris was cleaned away. We'll be back for more cold-weather golf whenever the course is open.
Great Course!
Fun course with beautiful scenery. I love the elevated boxes on some of the holes and the views. The course is in great shape...especially for November in Michigan. Challenging but fair. Fairways are pretty open and nice greens. Probably my favorite course in the area.

Good Course
Overall the course is in good shape. Given it's November and you can still play in Michigan is a blessing and also course condition was good. There are a few challenging holes which keeps it interesting and a fun course to play.

I try to play here 2-3 times a month. Always in great shape! Great staff, beautiful course and a solid value.
Great course layout.
Great course to play any day of the week. Holes are long enough for a challenge. Green are well groomed and well kept. Will definitely be back.
Greens Keepers Revenge
The course had a Greens Keeper’s Revenge scramble tournament yesterday and forgot to put the pin positions back into their normal spots on the greens! It was virtually impossible to make a putt as all the cups were on crowns or downhill spots on the green! The clubhouse staffer was fair and gave us a free complimentary round good until next year!

Bit wet today with all the rain yesterday.
2 half was good. Nice weather made it better.
Great Course
I would definitely rank this course as one of my better experiences in the Detroit metro area. Preface: There was a light drizzle, and we were the first group to play so hard to comment on pace. The course has a myriad of holes ranging in difficulty, but all have a spectacular view. At the price point, I was very pleased with the course maintenance, scenery, and course layout. What more can you ask for?
Fall days
Extremely well managed. Frost delayed early tee times but the staff called and let me know. Handled well. Got out early and pace was excellent.
