Sanctuary Lake Golf Course

The pro shop guy is awesome. The greens keeper was actually helping one guy look for his ball! The whole staff is super friendly.

The course itself offers beautiful views with intense rolling hills. I haven't found anything remotely like it in the area. I will be back!

Started on the back 9 and whatever is in the air there is FUNKY!!! Fortunately, its only strong in spots and once you get over the stench you settle in to a pretty nice course.

1.Not a ton of water or hazards that come in to play.

2. Fun holes, the par threes are not boring 120 yards. Even the shortest of them are significantly downhill so it gives its own challenge of what to use to play it. Then the par 3 #9 hole has sand surrounding it after making the jump over a pond. They were dragging the pond for balls today and its safe to say plenty of people miss.

5. very few trees come in to play

6. Lots of elevation tee shots to let you flex the Senior shafts and hit that 200 mark ;)

7. 19 bucks was a FANTASTIC DEAL

Play was extremely slow with no rangers trying to move the pace if the game. To many holes criss cross each other which Made the course layout confusing. Need to get rid of the geese And their mess especially on the back nine

The staff was great and the grounds offered enough challenge to make the game that much better. The hills are awesome! Can’t wait to return.

Teed off at 7:07 for my 6:50 SOLO tee time. Only had time for 9 Instead of the 18 I PAID for. Enjoy the free $15. Wont be back.

Love the links style course . One person in our foursome was running late and the starter Mark was great . He got the group behind us together and sent them out in our time slot . When are fourth was still not there he politely explained that we needed to go to the tee box as not to put everyone else behind and he would get our 4 th out to us. when he arrived . About 10 minutes later he came Mark in a cart with our 4 th at the second tee box ... very nice

Pretty nice layout but the greens need some work. You won’t lose many balls here and it was a good time but too many of the greens were pretty beat up. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

When you get up on the first hole you look out over a beautiful, hilly landscape. This is a great course with fair prices and deals. It was busy, which is to be expected in these times of Covid. The course is very well maintained and I will certainly be back again.

Course was busy and condition was fair to good. Some employees need to cheer up. Some one to remind their employees serving customers start with kindness and courtesy..

A great course for the area. It’s between some golf buddies and I so when we decide to meet somewhere in the middle we play sanctuary lakes. The course always seems to be in great shape and I love that I can warm up with 30 balls at the range before hand for only $4. I don’t have to buy a $10 bucket and leave half of it there to make our tee time.

Played here for first time. The course was not in the best shape. Fairways were dry and putting greens had many patch spots and did not roll consistently. I prefer firmer fast greens and it was very slow and bumpy.

There are some nice scenic views on a few holes and course can be challenging if you don’t stay in the fairways. Overall it’s not bad for the value.

Play was a little slower but expected on a Friday afternoon.

Great course with a bunch of long par fours and a few shorts ones very fun.par 71 Front has 3 par 3s. 18 is a great finishing hole.
