About
Stonybrook Golf Club boasts seven sets of tees, making it a truly versatile course that any skill level can play. It has been certified by the National Golf Course Owners Association as being beginner friendly. The layout features wide fairways with generous landing areas leading to large, undulating greens that are bordered by intimidating bunkers and contoured mounding. The golf course is one of the longest in southwest Florida at 7,453 yards from the back tees, making it a long hitter's paradise. The difficult-to-read greens will challenge even the best players. The course wanders through a scenic landscape of pristine wildlife preserves. The sparkling lakes that are scattered throughout come into play, as do the abundant pines, oaks, and cypress trees.

Nicely Surprised
This was our first time playing here and was impressed with the facilities and organization. Tee time went out on time and the play moved along nicely, We played (4 some) in 4 hrs. my wife and I are quick players and have played other courses in 3 hrs +~. So it felt a little slow but really 4 hrs is good . We liked the course , the conditions and the overall experience.
The absolute worst experience playing golf I have had in SW FL. A 20-25 minute wait on every tee, with 4 groups on every hole.. Not a ranger in sight. A terrible job on managing the flow. Left after 7 holes. I'd rather spend more at Saltleaf with much less aggravation.
Great Course
As a former professional I enjoyed the challenge of the back tees. Especially the par 3s (one is 271). Plenty of tees to fit all caliber of players. Wife and I finished in 3:20 minutes. Overall course was in great condition and greens were consistent . Will definitely play again when in the area.

Solid track
Read mixed reviews beforehand. Very happy we played here. Friendly staff and starter. Good practice chipping/green, free bucket of range balls before round. Tee boxes were decent. Fairways were good, some hard spots but nothing bad. Sand was good. Greens were true-fast.. overall good layout. Gave intermediate player a challenge. Great food/bar after.
$187 on a Monday? Never again.
Yet another country club opened to the public because they need the revenue. Nice range. Didn’t hate the layout but, this place is way overpriced. There just nothing special about it for the money.
