Greens had just been drilled and o sand applied on .most of the greens
Great beginner course
Love the way it lays out and plays out could use a refresh maybe new sand locations or somthing but overall it's a cool course
Greens need work
Love this course for the money. However the greens have gotten worse, need some love.
The course needs work
The greens were a mess as were many of the tee boxes. The fairways were okay but had a lot of weeds. I used to play here once a week, but now maybe every two or three weeks. If it doesn't improve, I won't be back.
Staff communication is terrible
I had a tee time and the course canceled my tee time 4 days before my tee time without alerting GolfNow and now I am fighting GolfNow to get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous, the course also never answers their phone and never reply to anything.
Fun day of golf
Course is not perfect but it is a fun course. Green's are are in pretty good shape and fair way's could use some TLC. but would recommend for a fun day of golf.
Staff at Chiefland Country club
Wonderful people. The staff always is helpful and go out of their way to make your round fun.
Nice course
Love this course. Tee boxes and fairways need a little help but lots of fun here. The staff is great and the food truck parked at the entrance made playing a second round a pleasure after a great lunch.
PERFECT FOR US
We are just a couple of "Old Duffers" who love to play- this is a very pleasant course, staff is lovely, as are any of the other golfers we come across - nothing to "not like" about this course - except that it is too far away from our home - NOVA SCOTIA.
Be sure to come our way to play in summer/Fall, we have some beautiful courses - some right in the tops of the ratings - for those looking for that!
Nice course for the money
If you can get a good deal on GolfNow this course is good.
Good Value
An enjoyable round of golf. Played mid morning as a twosome, finished in 3 1/2 hrs. Greens are in good shape, fairways and tee boxes are looking rough. Friendly staff, Pro Shop has some good deals on golf balls..
