Wonderful employees they always welome you like family, Dianna is the best!

After aeration and topdressing, the greens are coming on beautifully. You can tell the extra staff they've got this year has really improved the course.

Nice country golf course

fun but beat up

Chiefland is a fun course but definitely needs some work. Greens in poor shape. Tee boxes and fairways need upkeep. Greens were all over sanded too. Like this course but it needs help.

About what you’d expect

It was my birthday, so I HAD to play golf while traveling. The course was ok, about what you might expect for a course in a small town in the middle of nowhere. Tees and fairways were a little tattered but playable. Greens were ok ish, with some thin spots on every green. Not the worst I’ve played, but next time I’ll take the hour drive to Ocala.

Love Chiefland

Some greens need a little love and we had 2 slow groups in front of us. Usually moves along pretty well. Love this course for the money. Bonus its only $10 to play an extra nine holes!
