A fine golf day
Visiting the area for a few weeks n found this on GN HOT deals a few times at an average of $32 w cart, fun friendly course, in good condition- could use a second bathroom around #15 and the foward tee boxes need more attention. Few good challenges and a few forgiving holes, well balanced and fun. dont run off the back or trouble,, drinks r strong n the planes are cool n the sun is shiney. I like this place alot

Not Bad For the Money
The course is a starter course, with 3 and 4 par holes only. It is a pr 63 - Executive course. The difficulty of the play is mid-range, but enjoyable. The grounds are in fair condition. We were a couple and were paired with another couple, which was fine. Overall, for the money it offered value and it was enjoyable to play.

Fair value play
This course is pretty cheap for the area. Because of that, it is frequently crowded with average to below average golfers. As a group of 2, I was able to play 18 in under 2.5 hours when I was the first tee time of the day. This can easily creep up to 4+ hours the later in the day you play. There is nothing about this course that I would call challenging, as long as you can hit the ball fairly straight. I enjoy golfing solo here, but when golfing with a group of friends, I prefer spending a bit more and going to a slightly nicer course with better pace of play.

Great staff
My girlfriend and I went golfing for the first time, since our New Year’s resolution was to take up golfing . Cameron , Mike and Rene were friendly and made us feel comfortable on the course . However the people who go golfing there are up tight and rude and think they own the golf course . If you’re trying to avoid the “ Karen’s “ on a course I don’t suggest this place . If you enjoy friendly staff , cleanliness, good drinks and don’t give a flying f of what others think then I highly recommend this course .

Everything was closed after are round around 5:30 couldn’t use the bathroom or get a drink
Pace of play was very slow understandable due to the Holidays and lots of casual and beginner golfers

The Landings
I just finished playing 18 in 3 hours (my tee time was 2:20) just before the dawn but the course was very good condition and especially green was very fast and enjoyable.
It was good for me to take out my rust off from my off season during long cold winter where I came from.
It is good course to take beginners but advanced golfer could enjoy. I will be back in the future again if I visit Tampa.

Great small course
The course was in good condition, kind of tight in places!

Excellent Course for Us Seniors
I enjoy playing at The Landings, because the course is in good shape and the holes are perfect for us Seniors who do not have the long distance on our drives.

Great course, easy to play
It was pretty busy but that's expected this time of year. I got paired up with a great group of 3 others who booked the same tee time. Everybody at this course is pretty friendly. Great pace of play. Will be back as often as time allows me.
