Magnolia Landing Golf & Country Club

Heavy rains made things very wet. Course was very playable and conditions were very good considering the weather.

Fun day of golf. Surprised we got on with short notice. Course was in good condition. We were told the greens were slow. I would hate to see them when they are fast. I personally don't like that Florida courses jack their prices up in the winter.... but hey, its America.

Always in good shape and the staff is always friendly.

From the time you drop your bags off, to the turn getting a glizzy and a beer for like 8$ is an absolute steal. Plus the food pretty good as well thanks to the great chef they have.

My buddies and I like to play 2-3 times a week and enjoyed playing this course. But current price eliminated this course from our routine.

If you’re a new player to the game I don’t recommend this course! I recommend you practice a lot before coming to this course! One you will lose a lot of balls and two the pace of pace of play is pretty quick! Guys behind have no issue hit towards you if you or your group is playing slow! I had no issue keeping pace but gentleman I played with wasn’t keeping up to speed! Very nice course for the price and just the atmosphere of the place from dropping off the bags and them taking care of them to the end with them whipping my clubs off and take care of cart! I highly recommend if you’re a golf lover!

Arrived 25 minutes prior to our starting time and was immediately told by the bag staff that we were late which wasn’t the best first impression. Made our way to the first tee and had more than enough time to hit a few balls and speak with the starter who was very nice and gave us all the necessary details about the golf course.

Golf course is a nice design and very challenging with a good variety of holes. Saw the Beverage Cart at least three times and she was terrific.

Overall experience was good and would definitely play it again.

I love to get out and do par 72 courses but down here in Florida the Rates Skyrocket due to the Tourist season. This course is nice for $60-75 but is not worth the price this coming January New year when they will raise it probably like last year too $110 or more per person. Will not be playing this course in the Future until next October when the rates drop.

The quality of the course has fallen since I played it 5 years ago. Tee boxes, bunkers and the greens were of very poor quality. Back tees were also inappropriately far back, making it impossible to reach green in 2 shots at some par 5, even after a 300 y drive. Fairways were ok but narrow making the tee-shot challenging (lots of water hazards).

Course and staff are always great. Unfortunately the course was extremely wet with standing water, flooded bunkers and cart patch only. Management should have offered a reduced greens fee based on the poor conditions relating to weather.
