Day of golf
Played golf with a couple of great guys on a great course in terrific weather and in great condition
WE HAD A VERY NICE ROUND
I played a very nice round there. Unfortunately there was a slow flight in front of us. The course was in very good shape but the greens slow. I would recommend that course to others.

Nice long course
A very well groomed course with a lot of length. They still have summer prices so get your round in soon as the snow birds and higher prices are right around the corner.

Great place to play
Proshop staff super helpful as I booked the wrong day and they resolved that quickly and pleasantly, wonderful attitude. Post game meal was large and tasty too. A course I like to play every visit to SW Florida. Nice layout, good condition with generous fairways and consistent, gently undulating greens. A little bit of travelling around between greens and next tee in places but it just adds the the experience for me as we walk everywhere back here on the links in Scotland.

Had to start later because of a tournament in the morning. However staff was very friendly and the course was in an excellent condition and also challenging.
Unfortunately we had to finish our round at hole 14 because of a thunderstorm coming up.
When we returned to the clubhouse at 3.30 the restrooms were already closed.
We have booked again and hope for better weather.

Slooooow play
Slow play, four hours to play thirteen holes. Had to quit, wife could not take the heat and slow play. Otherwise nice place to play, first time it has been this torturous slow.

Not what it used to be.
Magnolia no longer competes with the premium level courses in the area. No GPS in carts, now have to pay for warm up balls, no sand in bunkers, rot on greens - overall a mid level course at best. Not nearly worth their rack rate.

Over priced in winter
Way over priced in the winter also need more time in advance to book teatime 2 to 3 days is ridiculous.
