Good flow on course. No pressure. Good course to improve iron play and short game

Greens are ok, but course has little grass and is a hard pan surface.

Played here during Winter, Spring and Summer months. By far, Winter (Jan-Feb) offers the best conditions. By the end of March, you will experience every weed in Florida in the fairways. OK to play if you get a good deal, but don't risk bringing a guest. Calling the fairways "cow pastures" would be inhuman to the cows. Too bad - it is an interesting, but short layout when the Winter conditions are in season. Pay no more than $20 at any time of year.

Thus was a very nice course for a short course with some difficult holes. Good course for the money.

We paid less than $13 each for 18 holes with a cart through Golfnow.com and it was too much for the dirt fairways and bumpy greens. They must get enough play from local hackers to stay open but real golfers would prefer fairways with actual grass and can putt on shag carpet with better results than on these greens. The holes looked like they hadn't been moved in a month. Unless you can't afford to play a real golf course, stay away.

Short course ,good irony practice

Good grrens. Poor fairways, rough, tees. But a fun executive layout. At a great price.

2nd time around. Great course to work on your mid- irons from the par 3's and your wedges from the par 4's & 5's. Greens are in very good condition. Fairways are parched for rain, but hit well. First time I've ever seen a Sand Hill Crane nest in the middle of a small pond. Only negative is the restaurant not being open at all. I'll be back!

Nice executive course with more than a few twists. We found the finish challenging.

Ok for Practice, short course about 4100 yd. tight lies on fairways not a lot of grass. Greens were in good shape but slow. pace of play was slow, a lot of new golfers.

It's sad how many very good courses in the Ocala and surrounding areas do not have a full watering system. This course is just another victim of the dry fall & winter. Greens were in good shape, just a wee bit shaggy, but rolled true. Very friendly staff. This is an executive course on steroids. U will use most of the clubs in your bag. Enjoyed my day here,

The only pleasant thing in this course was the clerk in the pro shop and the starter. Everything else was disgusting. The fairway or the course in general had many bare spots. Even the green was not all grass.

As for the pace, it was horrible. We barely made 9 holes in 2 hours 45 minutes. There was no marshall patrolling the course. On the 7th or the 8th hole, there were five groups playing or waiting on the same hole. Full of inept or very old players who had no concept of moving along.

I will never play in this course again. Neither will I recommend it to anyone.

This is a fun little short course. It was in better shape than we have seen it in recent years. Although the course was busy, play moved along pretty well. We'll definitely come back again.

Nice course for the price. Would be better if they paved course

This is a fun short course, and for only $8.00 i'd play that any day rather than paying 25+ for other nearby courses that are overly crowded.

Play this course often either alone or with a partner and always have a wonderful experience. I'm a bogey golfer and the pace is perfect. Frequently join other golfers and always enjoy the new experience and new friends. Highly recommend this friendly course.

We were attracted by the value but were pleased with the staff , the organization and the overall condition. Perfect no but we have played under much worse for a whole lot more money and not treated as well as here

Booked this course not realising it was so short, even though the cost was extremely low. Decided it would be nice to have a relaxed round practising the short game--and that is exactly what happened. A fun, fair course with good variety and reasonable conditions.

A very pleasant surprise. We were a foursome and all were very pleased with the course especially the value. Put this one on your list for a pleasant 18 holes of golf.
