This course has challenging greens.
This course has a great layout with some challenging par 3's. Fairways need some maintenance. Overall good value, played the course in 2 hrs. Starter very friendly.
Golfing
My golfing partners and I play many courses around Ocala, and found this course to nice change of pace. It was in good shape and are planning on a return trip.
Very nice course at affordable prices!
Lakes of Lady Lake has become our "go to" course in central Florida. The 18 hole course provides versatility for all skill levels, as well as several challenging holes that keep you coming back for more. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the course is very well maintained. Thumbs up!
wonderful greens/challenging your irons.
Feel comfortable and the challenge of irons was what really seperates your score. Lost two balls but with the extras I carry (lol) was not a problem. Very tight on some fairways. Will be back for sure.
Lots of water and narrow fairways!
Staff were so friendly, rates reasonable and course challenging. We will definitely play this course again. Bring practice balls for shots over water since there are many, we lost 4 balls between the two of us. We are really just starting out golfing so this course was very challenging for us. Because of how welcoming the Lakes is, we will make it a regular playing spot.
Good executive course
For an executive course, it is one of the nicer ones in Lake County. The greens are in the best shape they have been this season. Hope they keep it that way.
Great Staff and well maintained course
This course is fantastic. Not too difficult so that beginners can play but challenging enough so that veteran players have fun. The staff is very outgoing and friendly.
REALY NICE TURF
This is a nice short course. Good practice hitting greens off the tee. There are 3 holes that you need to lay up to shoot over water to the green. My wife likes it because its not as tiring as a par 72 course.
Great value ....and fun
Like previous reviewers it a great value for your money....the course needs more.work but it gets better every time we play there....it's just a great place to go out and have a fun day out on the links...but it is challenging in spots lol
