Greens in very bad shape
I’m not sure how the greens were mostly good 2 weeks ago but now in horrible shape. Patchy, dry and no cushion. If you are lucky enough to land your T shots on the green, they had no chance of staying on the green. The holes are placed on slopes and due to the hard surface condition of the greens were miserable to play. They really need to get a professional greens keeper and maintain it properly
Never again
The course is not a venue for the visitor golfer, only locals that live around this course. Go elsewhere as the conditions are poor, especially some greens (told by a local they get worse because not much maintenance or watering of greens, and definitely not much not fairways with sparse grass). See you never again...Photos are of 10 which we sent as a joke to a couple that warned us not to play here - not all nearly as bad though! Play and enjoy the golf you have!

Pleasantly surprised
Played this course in the past and I've seen it in some terrible shape. So I was pleasantly surprised to see it in very playable condition for this time of year. A nice little executive layout in a small community, great for sharpening your golf skills, and fairly priced. A lot of vegetation was removed a few years ago that gave the course more visual character around the ponds, which now just resemble sink holes filled with water. But still a welcome place to play.

Short course, too many Par 3 hours.
Given the cost of the greens fee. You get what you pay for in this course. There's a lot of short holes and a lot of places where you can get in trouble where you shouldn't have to. Fairways and rough are in bad condition greens are recovering.

We were disappointed with overall course conditions. Good value for 18 executive holes. Good for working out the kinks / rust in your swing. Conditions aren’t conducive to working on your short game.
Hope that warmer weather and more sun will allow for improvement.

Greens need work
Greens had several bad spots in them. Regular green fee is $40, not a $40 course.

Facilities closed early
Power carts had to be returned before 5:30. My 2:40 tee time meant that I was unable to finish my round, as marshall came out to greet us and tell us to finish the hole and take cart back. This in spite of dusk not having settled in. Clubhouse was closed at 4:00 so no opportunity for after-game drink.
