Nice greens, turf in good shape. Slow round today... got behind a fivesome. Nice course you can score on

It was my first time here and what a visually interesting course. Full of hummocks, moguls and rolling angular fairways with generous greens. Certainly not your typical Florida golf course. It runs and skirts through about 25% nature reserve and the remainder has some well kept housing that doesn’t affect golf play but is entertaining to the passing eye. There were a few surprise shots to hazards off the tee and around the few bends to keep you on your toes. All in all an invigorating round of golf.

ps. just be aware that the greens have been sanded which did affect the putting speed otherwise 5 stars all round.

I always like playing here because it’s always is in great shape.And the staff is first class.

So I’ve played here twice now in the past 2 weeks. First time, played the white tees just because I was grouped up with a 3some. This time, moved back to the blue tees (6300) and there’s still just some holes where 6 iron off the tee is to much. Next time I play I’ll back it up to the gold.... and hope for low to normal wind. 6600 here won’t be bad... the challenge will be in the par 3’s from there. Greens have a few bad spots... but for the most part they rolled great and pretty quick. Fairways, tee boxes and bunkers are all good for a spot under $40.

Hotdog was good... but what’s with the sweet relish? Please switch to dill HH’s. Diet Coke in styrofoam cup stayed code all round.

2 birdies... should have had 5. I embedded ball. Best part of the say was driving home to the south side and realizing Harvest Meat Market was up that way. Scored some goote looking NY strips, Italian Sausages, Bacon and Brats.

Overall , the course is in pretty good shape. Fairways and tees are pretty full. Majority of the greens were running smooth, we played a late afternoon round so the greens were getting a bit crusty towards the end and a few holes coming in had quite a few ball marks that people were not fixing. With how expensive golf is right now, this is pretty good value.

Better bring your “ A” game fun but difficult. Great place to play a round of golf

Enjoyed our round...3rd hole is a down and in dog leg left forced carry on your second shot of roughly 130 yards if your drive is properly placed. A couple of holes are kinda buckshot back and fourth at each othe on the back niner...but all in all we liked the course and would play it again. Staff was very nice and accommodating No issues..

Greens are very fast with several putts on side and downhill areas. Some of the fairways where a little bit bare and cut too close. The course needs to be watered more frequently. It is a good challenge for the average golfer.

We were a little disappointed that this was the only course we went to while we were on vacation that my fiancé was charged the cart fee to ride along - she had a back injury and couldn’t play. We were not teamed up with any other single or group to make a difference- especially during Covid.

For starters, I had an 11:20 tee time, I was let out at 11:50 with three groups on the first tee. The starter didn’t even speak to anyone to see what time they had, basically it was a free for all. Course conditions were tolerable but not great, literally a 10-15 minute wait on every tee box, especially the Par 3’s. Got thru 6 holes in 2 hours and 15 minutes as a 2-some (and we are good players). So We just decided to pack it in, went into the pro shop to see about a potential/partial reimbursement because of the awful experience, and the pro shop attendant was not helpful nor polite, as One other player from a separate group was also complaining about the same Problem. Honestly, I am livid and never write poor reviews but this was inexcusable and unacceptable and I would never consider playing here again.

Some of the lies, even in the fairways are very sparse. However, the greens are good and the layout is interesting. I’d recommend the course.
